It's been two days Edward James since Edward James shot Maria and he's been a coward to face her.
To save his face he pretends to stay at the hospital with his father (the Monk) who's in poor health.
"Is Vanessa not here yet" asked Mr Will James.
"She'll be here soon, she got a busy schedule" Edward James told him but the voices outside the hospital ward got both of them worried as they both exchanged knowing glances, before Edward could get to the door it bust opened and he got three slaps across his face.
Kristen stopped the forth one as he held unto the elderly lady who was glaring daggers at him.
"Grandma you need to calm_" Kristen was saying but the old lady slapped him.
"Now the both of you should get the hell out of here if you don't want to be locked up, GET OUT!" She thundered and both young men walked out.
"Why did you tell?"Edward James asked
"I didn't Vanessa did" Kristen defended
"Don't tell me that crap, I warned you not to tell her" said Edward James now upset with his friend.
"I didn't either, I never new she was home and when we spoke she happened to eavesdrop on our conversation; to prove her point she recorded it then went to grandma James". Said Kristen but Edward James scoffed.
"seems your brains end in the four walls of the ICU" Edward James said walking away from his friend then spotted doctor Lazarus.
"What ever you doctors have to do and get old madam James out of the hospital do it in two hours" with that he got into his car leaving both Kristen and Lazarus to handle the situation.
Back in the VVIP hospital room the old couple stood by the bed side looking at the fellow on the bed, with tears in their eyes none of them could speak.
"Come on don't cry Mom, Dad. Am not dead yet" Will James finally told his parents but grandma James sobbed more.
"This is the reason I stopped Edward from telling you I don't want tears on my funeral" said Will James.
"Why_ why didn't you come home son" grandpa James asked with husky voice as he sits on the bed. Just within a night they got the News about their dead and buried son and how he's alive both couples couldn't contain their Joy and pain.
Grandma am sorry but you have to listen to this" Vanessa had said sobbing before her both grandparents
"What's it my dear, did Kristen and you have a misunderstanding? Where's my precious grategrand-son? Grandma James asked
"Grandma take listen_ I eavesdrop on my husband and brother by accident and I _ and I _" she stuttered then played the voice recording of her husband talking over the phone with her brother. Though what Edward James said could not be heard but Kristen.
"What does that mean Essa? Where are they now take me to them. And I hope it's not one of your pranks?" Old Mr James said to his granddaughter.
