"Damn it… Hitoshi-kun…"Ishida Uryū clenched his fists, full of frustration.
If only he were stronger—Inoue Orihime wouldn't have been taken away so easily.
Everyone else had improved. Sado Yasutora, for example, had awakened his demon left arm and grown much more powerful.
Even Kurosaki Ichigo had mastered his Bankai, learned to control his Hollow form, and was now strong enough to compete with Seireitei's captains.
And Nanaya… His progress was unbelievable. He was now so powerful that Ishida could only look up at him from afar.
But Ishida himself—as a Quincy—felt like he was still standing in the same place.
Sado was just as angry. Reiatsu surged around him, burning with frustration. The red patterns on his demonic left arm started spreading, threatening to overtake the white background and turn it fully red.
In the black Garganta tunnel, Nnoitra looked at Orihime coldly. A cruel glint flashed in his eyes, and a twisted smile spread across his face.
"This girl seems close to that guy," he muttered. "If she gets hurt, he's bound to snap. Hahahaha…"
He burst out laughing, full of malice.
Orihime's eyes showed a flash of fear—but it vanished quickly. She clenched her fists and stood firm.
"You're a bad Menos Grande," she said with defiance. "You'd better be ready. Biyekan won't forgive you."
"You think I'm scared of him!?" Nnoitra roared back. His eyes burned with rage as he reached to grab Orihime by the neck.
Snap!
His wrist was suddenly caught midair—by Ulquiorra.
"Idiot," Ulquiorra said coldly. "Kill her now, and how do you expect to heal yourself later?"
Nnoitra froze. He realized that he still needed Orihime's powers to recover from his injuries.
But at that moment, both Arrancar's expressions changed. They instinctively stepped back, staring at Orihime's eyes in shock.
"What the hell!? That guy's Reiatsu!?""Her eyes…!?"
Orihime's right eye had suddenly changed—its iris now a black-and-red pinwheel. The pattern of a Mangekyō Sharingan slowly spun within it.
A dangerous pressure filled the air. The space in front of her twisted slightly, as if warping.
Nnoitra's face turned pale. He stumbled back, swallowing hard as he stared at Orihime with growing fear.
He knew this wasn't Nanaya—but the aura alone was enough to terrify him.
Just remembering Nanaya's cold, piercing gaze made his chest ache. That guy had fought five Espada at once and still managed to seriously injure him.
"W-What's wrong with you…?" Orihime looked at them in confusion, stepping back instinctively.
The pattern in her right eye slowly faded away.
"I get it now," Ulquiorra said, his voice calm but sharp. "It's one of his traps. If this girl is ever in real danger, that eye will activate on its own."
Nnoitra's eyes narrowed as realization hit him. Now he looked at the high school girl with real caution.
God only knows what sort of power that monster, Nanaya, placed in this girl's eye. It might even be the same move he used against Tier Harribel.
And that move…
Killed the Third Espada in an instant.
Right now, Nnoitra wasn't even strong enough to beat the Ninth.
"Damn it…"
He cursed under his breath, turned his head away, and stopped looking at Orihime.
Ulquiorra said nothing more.
In tense silence, the three of them walked through the last stretch of the Garganta and emerged into the open air—where a grand, imposing palace stood under the dark sky.
As they exited the portal, Orihime looked around in fear. She placed her hands over her chest and asked nervously:
"Where… where are we?"
Ulquiorra gave her a cold glance."This is Las Noches."
Back in the warehouse with the Visoreds, inside the barrier, Nanaya paused mid-fight.
"Inoue Orihime's Transcription Seal just activated?"
Over the past month, Nanaya had placed a transcription seal in the eyes of everyone close to him. It acted as a last line of defense—if any of them faced life-threatening danger, the seal would automatically activate.
Each seal contained the eye technique Kamui—allowing him to warp directly to them through Kamui space.
But this time…
"Orihime sensed mortal danger, but the seal didn't fully activate…"
Nanaya thought for a moment, then focused inward. He could feel that his spiritual energy was running low.
After creating so many tailed beasts, he had nearly exhausted all his remaining power. If he wanted to summon another, he'd need to return to Soul Society or Hueco Mundo and consume more energy.
He sighed, then turned his attention back to the battle before him.
A violent, chaotic beast stood in his way—completely out of control.
This one was the Six-Tails, Saiken.
It had the ability to regenerate and manipulate corrosive slime. Its acidic fluid was extremely dangerous, capable of melting through almost anything.
With a deep breath, Nanaya rushed in and resumed his intense fight against the raging tailed beast.
Once it was hit, forget about regular steel—even the tough skin of a Hollow would melt instantly.
"I don't know who I'm fighting out there right now…"
That thought briefly flashed through Nanaya's tired mind.
—
Two hours later.
With one final swing of his blade, Nanaya struck down his opponent.
The creature collapsed with a heavy thud—pure white, six-tailed, and covered in thick mucus. It looked like a massive version of Katsuyu, but it was the tailed beast: Six-Tails Saiken.
Saiken had fallen.
But… the seventh tailed beast had not been created.
As Nanaya's mind slowly returned to awareness, a wave of exhaustion hit him like a tidal wave. His vision blurred. His body felt heavy. All he wanted now was to close his eyes and sleep.
He had pushed himself too far.
Not only was he battling inside the inner spiritual realm...
But at the same time, his real body was still fighting against Shinigami in the outside world.
It was like his energy was being drained from two directions at once.
This double burden had gone on for an entire week. If not for his insane endurance, it would have broken him completely by now.
Still dazed, Nanaya turned his head.
In front of him stood a woman—breathing heavily, drenched in sweat, her face slightly flushed.
"…Sister Hua!?"
"Why are you here…?"
As Nanaya's eyes refocused, Unohana Retsu smiled at him. But behind that smile was a flash of unsettling madness in her eyes.
"Nanaya-kun… I'm feeling very excited right now."
Nanaya noticed her clothes were soaked with sweat, clinging tightly to her body. Blood stained parts of her uniform, mixing eerily with her natural grace. She looked both beautiful and dangerous.
"Your swordsmanship… It's only getting better," she said, breathless. "Ahhh, I knew it… You really are the best."
She tossed aside her Zanpakutō and clutched her face, eyes sparkling with a strange obsession.
"I've taken so many hits... And every time your blade struck me, I felt alive—completely thrilled!"
They had been fighting non-stop for two full days and nights. Even though Nanaya had the upper hand most of the time, he had still landed several hits on her.
Anyone else—especially from the Visored group—would've collapsed or given up by now.
But Unohana Retsu wasn't like anyone else.
She wasn't just strong—she was addicted to battle. She lived for pain, for challenge, for bloodshed.
The more she was injured, the more her excitement grew.
"…Seriously?" Nanaya's mouth twitched.
Looking at the slightly insane woman in front of him, he felt a chill run down his spine.
Something… didn't feel right.
He took a cautious step backward.
"Um, Sister Hua, I think we've fought long enough. I'm really tired now, so maybe we can—talk later? After we've rested…"
"Nanaya-kun…" she cut him off softly, licking her lips as her expression turned even more intense.
Without warning, she peeled off her sweat-soaked clothing and stepped forward barefoot.
"I'm more excited now than I've ever been. I want to completely possess you," she said, her voice low and hungry. "I've never met a man like you—not in a thousand years. You're perfect. This… This is the moment. Let's become one here—right now."
As she spoke, she reached out with her pale, slender hand and gently pushed against Nanaya's shoulder.
His body, completely drained from non-stop fighting, had no resistance left.
He collapsed backward.
Nanaya's eyes widened in shock as he stared at the woman looming over him.
"Eek—!"
"Don't speak," Unohana whispered, her voice trembling with obsession."Let's continue… our fight."
