Chapter 82 - Chapter 82: Sweet, Sweet Love

"Sufei... hehe," Hall swallowed nervously as he looked at Sufei's clearly mischievous smile. Why was he suddenly so scared? He was the leader of the dragon clan, the brother of the Dragon God, and Sufei's own uncle!

"Hall Uncle," Sufei said with a bright smile that didn't quite match the edge in her voice, "I must say, I'm *very* surprised to see you here. Care to explain?"

"Sufei, don't get the wrong idea! I came to give you a gift!" Hall quickly pulled out a small bottle from his pocket. "Look! This is something our dragon clan has researched for thousands of years! It's one-of-a-kind! That's why I rushed over here!"

Sufei frowned when she saw the pink liquid inside the tiny vial. She had expected treasure—gold, maybe even ancient dragon artifacts—but instead, it was just some weird water. So cheap! Dragons were supposed to be rich!

"What is it?" Taking the bottle, Sufei turned it around in her hands, trying to find anything special about it.

"Don't underestimate this little vial!" Hall snatched it back protectively. "This potion is powerful! With it, you'll get pregnant fast—and my calculations say it might bring you many children too!" He grinned like he could already see Sufei with a round belly.

"...Uh... Is this what I think it is?" Sufei's eye twitched. She wisely held back the actual question—like, *is this a love potion?!*—but yeah, the thought was there.

"And why exactly did you hide this under our bed?" Sufei gestured at the rest of the group, all young dragons who clearly hadn't found wives yet. What were they planning? Another kidnapping?

"Heh..." Hall coughed. "Well, I wasn't sure you'd know how to use it properly, so I figured I should help!" He shot an evil glare at Lionel, who was still red-faced. "Would've worked too if this idiot hadn't—"

"So *you're* here to help, but these guys?" Sufei pointed at the others, rubbing her temples. "And how did Charles and Agatha end up here too? If I hadn't stopped, would you all have watched?"

"Hehe, well, they're still single, right? Might as well learn from the pros!" Hall said proudly, completely missing the fact that both Sufei and Sulei were now twitching with rage.

"Fine! You better watch your back! I'll make you pay triple next time!" Sufei growled and held out her hand. "Give me the damn thing. You can all go now."

"I really think I should stay. Just to guide you through it," Hall insisted stubbornly.

"Hand it over!" Sufei barked, eyes blazing.

"Okay, okay! No need to shout!" Grumbling, Hall handed the vial over.

"You still here?" Sufei narrowed her eyes. "Are you waiting for a goodbye kiss?"

"Alright, alright!" Hall waved everyone off. "This is all *your* fault! What was with the stink bomb?" He shoved Lionel hard before heading out the door.

"Tell me as soon as you're pregnant, okay? I've got gifts ready for the kids!" Hall called back with a grin.

Su菲 ignored him.

After everyone left, Sulei rubbed his temple and called the maids to take Charles, Agatha, and Little White back to their rooms. Looking at Su菲's wide-eyed expression, he sighed. Their perfect romantic moment had been ruined.

But thanks to the interruption, Sufei loosened up. The room was definitely not usable anymore anyway. Grabbing Sulei's arm, she dragged him into another bedroom. If Hall wanted grandchildren so badly, then fine—she'd give him one. And she'd make sure she got expensive presents in return. No way was that old dragon getting free grandparenting!

She tossed the pink vial carelessly into the corner and started pulling at Sulei's clothes.

"Let me do it," Sulei said, feeling oddly shy. For some reason, he felt more like the bride than the groom.

That snapped Su菲 out of her anger, and her face flushed bright red. Instinctively, she tried to back away, but Sulei wouldn't let her go. Messed with the tiger? Now there's no escape.

Outside, the moon modestly hid behind a cloud.

The forgotten vial cracked silently in the corner, releasing its pink mist into the air. Neither lover noticed—they had eyes only for each other.

Far away, Hall snapped his fingers. "Hah! Told you I'd figure it out! Silly kids, didn't even open the bottle first! Now we'll finally get those dragon-grandkids." He paused, thinking. "Wonder how many Su菲 will pop out? Ten or more would be great! I'll take two, Bradley two, Gustav two... Who else wants one? Hmm..." Before they were even born, Hall had already divided Su菲's future children among his family.

*Note:* The dragon clan does **not** enforce birth control. A flying brick narrowly missed Hall's head.

**Next Day**

Like every story, the day after was always full of surprises.

Charles blinked awake, dizzy and confused. Wait… wasn't he under Mom's bed last night? How did he end up in his room? Rubbing his forehead, he sniffed his shirt. Ugh! It smelled awful!

Quickly changing clothes, Charles picked up the still-sleeping Little White and went to Agatha's room.

"Agatha, wake up!" Charles whispered. "We need to find Grandpa! Didn't he promise us a gift? We should get it before he changes his mind!"

Still sleepy, Agatha opened her eyes. "Okay..."

Back in the master bedroom, Su菲 stirred lazily under the covers—until she realized someone else was in bed with her.

Her heart leapt. She stared lovingly at Sulei, gently tracing his face with her finger—from his brow, to his eyes, nose, lips, and chin.

When she lingered on his lips again, he suddenly opened his eyes and bit her fingertip playfully.

"Ahhh!" Su菲 jumped, then laughed and messed up his hair. "You scared me! You better behave!"

As she squirmed, her bare chest bounced gently in front of Sulei's face. He smiled wickedly. Round two began...

Knock knock knock!

"Mom! Dad! Is Grandpa in there?" Charles' voice rang out.

Sulei froze mid-movement. His face turned purple. Perfect timing.

Su菲 burst into laughter, collapsing into his arms.

"You brat," Sulei muttered, poking her nose. Then he called out, "Charles, Grandpa went home. We're busy right now. Go ask Uncle Todd if you need something!"

"Oh… okay…" Charles lowered his hand, sulking. "Stupid Grandpa! Liar! Hope he steps in dog poop today!"

"Aaaaachoo!" Hall sneezed happily. "Someone must be missing me..."

Once the hallway was quiet again, Sulei relaxed.

Still giggling, Su菲 teased, "Never seen you like this before! You *do* blush!"

"We'll see who's laughing in a minute," Sulei grinned and began tickling her.

"Ahahaha! Mercy! Stop! Ahahaha!" The room filled with laughter again. Looks like they weren't leaving the bed anytime soon.

**Elsewhere**

In a distant castle, glass shattered.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME HE WAS GETTING MARRIED?!" a girl screamed.

"Calm down!" an older man shouted. "I already helped you break up Sulei and Camilla once! Years have passed, and he still doesn't love you. Wake up! He never will! Even after losing Camilla, he chose someone else! Forget him! There are plenty of good men out there!"

"No!" she cried. "I love Sulei! Only Sulei! Father, go get rid of that woman! Sulei is mine!"

"Foolish child!" the king roared. "They're married now! The whole continent knows! And that girl has the backing of the DRAGONS! I won't help you this time!"

"Then I'll go myself!" She smashed another expensive vase and stormed out.

"Ahhhh..." The king sighed, sounding decades older overnight. "Lysander, can you see what our daughter has become? What happened to her?"

In the shadows, a yellow-cloaked figure tightened their grip on a glowing blue stone and vanished without a sound.
