Every week, Aarya goes to the tombstones of his parents to talk with them and discuss what he did during the week. He also talks with his sister. After seeing this, the villagers became convinced that he was mentally ill.
Hearing this, his uncle and aunty decided to follow him without letting him notice. When they did, they saw him talking to the tombstones but couldn't hear what he was saying. They moved closer to listen and heard him say:
"Dad, you sure have a good friend. He takes care of me a lot. And Aunty—she's a nice woman. She always asks if I need anything, and even if I say I don't, they both give me everything without asking. But this week, something interesting happened. Even though I don't talk much with Aunty and Uncle, I do talk with their kids. Noah—he's becoming such a big boy. And Rose—she's a sweet girl. She cheers me up a lot to help me forget the pain and move on. I don't think I can forget the pain, but she's trying her best, and, for some reason, I like it. The three of us play together…"
Seeing him talking to the tombstones, decided not to intrude further. They thought this might be his way of connecting with his parents and chose not to discuss it with anyone.
Aarya didn't have any plans for revenge yet, as he knew that taking that path might endanger the new family he was living with.
Moreover, he wasn't powerful enough to protect them. Instead, he decided to focus on stabilizing the family financially so they wouldn't have to worry about money again.
He decided to start a company named TRANSFORM.
To do so, he returned to the old house where his family used to live.
The upper floor had been their home, while the ground floor was used for his father's business. The first floor served as extra rooms and storage.
With 30% of the money his father had left him, combined with savings from his current job, he planned to introduce the concept of the bicycle to the medieval world.
To bring his vision to life, he teamed up with his best friend, Alex.
Alex, a black-haired boy like Aarya, had been his closest friend since childhood. They had been separated when Alex's family moved to the outskirts of the city, so Alex wasn't aware of the tragedy until recently.
Aarya went to Alex's house and knocked on his door. Once inside Alex's room, he greeted him:"Hey Alex, how are you?"
"I'm fine. How about you?"
"I'm fine too," Aarya replied.
Although Aarya said he was fine, Alex could tell he wasn't. Having known him since childhood, Alex decided not to dwell on it and instead asked, "So, what's up?"
Aarya said, "Do you want to make money with me?"
"Anytime, but you know my parents are a bit strict," Alex replied.
Alex's parents, being well-off, didn't want their son to work like everyone else and preferred him to enjoy his youth. However, Alex wanted to work and experience independence.
"We can tell our parents we're playing, but we'll actually be working. Don't worry—I'll handle the production process, economics, and business strategies. But I need someone to sell to people, and that's where you come in. You'll wear a mask so no one will recognize you, and you'll own 25% of the company. I'll take 50%," Aarya explained.
Alex responded, "Hmm, okay, I'll work with you. But who owns the remaining 25%?"
Aarya smiled and said, "A very unique person. Rather than telling you, why not let me show you?"
After saying this, they both left for Aarya's old house and new shop, telling their parents they were going out to play.
