The Esper Guild gets a lot of attention from the government. It's mostly because the resources they get, along with the training and education, are different from what Guides get. Espers get a lot more detailed training because of all their different traits. All of them are awakened with their own supernatural abilities.
That's why the Esper Guild is the biggest training center, with a ton of funding each year.
At least 20 new Espers pop up each year in all the regions. There are so many traits that have appeared among the Espers, like Combat Esper, Psionic Healing, Psionic Art, and a bunch more that it's impossible to list them all. Every trait needs a different type of training, and they all have a different training time.
