In life almost everyone had enemies at one point in time. A person just could not go on living without having people that disliked them.
As just an ordinary human being, Ariel's enemies had been pretty run of the mill. There'd been a few customers who'd complained about her cooking. Urging her to just close up her food truck and to stop subjecting people to the heinous concoctions that she'd made.
Ariel was thick-skinned enough that she'd just let those people's awful words slide over her. Even as a teen, there had been people who hated her for absolutely no reason. But back then, her way of dealing with enemies had been a fight.
