"Student you are here to take an exam to determine your future, And if you pass this exam you will be allowed to enter the advance learning institution in this country" The announcer said in a very proud voice
"My name is Victoria Ervenwood I am the vice principal of this school, And dear students am afraid to tell you that we can't expect all of you in to this school"
"Am afraid you guys are way too many so out of the 1500 students that have applied we can only take 120 so 1380 students will fail so keep that in mind when you take the exam"
"What?!?" Most of the students yelled in fear of them not passing

"So if you fail it simply means that you were not good enough to attend this school" She raised her voice everyone going dead silent by just her mere presence alone
"Well the first exam is the written exam so good luck, And yes if your performance does not meet our standards the you are going home" She said looking at the students with a smirk
The students were given time to revise and prepare because in one hour the test will start, The test it's self will include Magic, The history of magic,Mathematics,English and potion crafting
"Arrrg come on just let the test begging already am so bored" Ragnar said while looking at the revise
Ragnar is not a dumb kid actually if Ragnar didn't want to become a mage he would have been accepted to any school that involves Math,history and potion making, Because growing up Ragnar has never gotten anything than a perfect score in a written exam
"Hey kid can't you see you are disturbing others, If you are not serious about the exam then go home" A mysterious girl with long black hair, And ocean blue eyes started scolding Ragnar
"And who are you supposed to be miss, Didn't your mother ever tell you to introduce yourself before you start talking" Ragnar said With an angry expression

As Ragnar walked around the school he encountered a teacher from another school

After 3 hours everyone was finished now they are waiting for their results some are calm and some are worried out their minds
"Okay students after taking a look at you test scores we can confidently say that 200 of you students passed but unfortunately 1300 of you failed" she clapped her hand for the students who passed
"Everyone who passed should see their name on the wall over there and you were put in the correct order from the highest to the lowest"
"It seems that am the highest I mean there's no surprise there so now I can finally start worrying about the magic portion" Ragnar looked down thinking to himself while all eyes were on him
"Students the person who got the highest score his Ragnar Wryd so let's clap hands for him" the vice principal said With excitement
"Ragnar! How did a commoner like you get a higher test score that me" Alys said in anger
"Because unlike the rest of you am not stupid" he said while walking away smirking
With that the magic portion is about to begging and like any other year this portion is going to be a one on one with a teacher this will last three days
After three 3 days the final students to take the test are Ragnar Wryd, Alys voldric, Magna Voldric and Light Excalibur
"Student no.196 Magna Voldric please come take the test"
"Voldric! the son of the Duke Evaton Voldric?" Someone in the crowd whispered
"I heard that both the daughter and son applied this year" a girl whispered in the crowd

Magna instantly use the 9th grade magic spell Magma blade . He rushed in trying to slash her but her body turned in water
