"Open your eyes, Adalyn," he spoke softly.
With that, she open her eyes to behold something pink. Pink was her favorite color and even though the whole room was unfamiliar, it was the pink object she acknowledged first.
Adalyn was taken aback by what she had just laid her eyes on. She couldn't even move, she was just staring as what she saw appeared unbelievable to her.
"I know you like pink," he took her hand and brought her close to the car.
"Rolls Royce?" She asked him and finally realized that it was the car key that was in her hand.
"Thank you for taking good care of me last night even after everything you saw…" he couldn't complete his statement because Adalyn pressed her forehead on his chest.
"How did you know I like pink?" She asked, crying silently with her face turned down. "I like it. I like the pink car. I like it, Logan," she seemed like she was going to hug him but she didn't.
