Logan listened patiently to what Chen told him. So the main reason why Gregor has come back to Sutherland was not only to see his 'contracted wife', the woman who was the reason Logan had gone all out to kill his men when they almost forced themselves on her. So the main reasons are just this two: to look for their missing twins and take over the country form Winter Santos.
"How smart of them to want to take over the country from the president." Logan sneered coldly before giving out an order totally different from the 'sweet news' Chen gave to him.
"Release the video of Scarlett and also give her another annoymous message never to near my wife again or...this is only the tip of the iceberg".
"Huh now?" Chen asked not seeming to understand Logan. It was very evident that Logan had fallen in love with his wife but why go through the hassle in killing the feelings knowing fully well that the more you kill, the more it grow.
"Tomorrow. Let's give her a peaceful day today. Then tomorrow, let it go viral. I'm sure if she sees this. She would be mad". Logan smirked mischievously.
"But..." Chen paused his words finding the right way to say it.
" ...it will affect their company. Mr Boswell won't take the news lightly. " Chen said calmly.
A sinister and wicked smile curled on his lips. No wonder he was always smart and calculative. He had intentionally told John he wasn't interested in the Boswells company. So why waste his precious time when he could just cause conflict in her home. He thought as his eyes gleamed dangerously.
"I don't care. By the way, run a background check on the 'alleged missing twins' of the Fledds. He said casually. While Chen said okay before hanging up.
Something seems to have been a miss about the story of the missing twins. How is it possible that they have been looking for their twins and why is it Sutherland they decided to check?
He kept driving on the highway like a speeding bullet. After driving for about 45 minutes, he finally arrived at the Emersons residence.
He was glad his home wasn't close to this house, if not poor Hannah's mind would have been polluted badly. His heart did a sudden skip at the thought of her. Why is he thinking about her now? He wanted to punish her so badly and make her pay, but each time he sees her pain like expert, his heart acted in a weird way.
Maybe he should just punish her for any little small thing. Maybe, that way,this growing and weird feeling would stop. He thought to himself before turning off the car engine and got down from the car and made his way inside after giving his car key to one of those valet men.

Meanwhile,
Carie was standing at the entrance of the restaurant where Charles had left. This time around she had decided to let Charles know the main reason why she broke up with him. The barr thought of him leaving her and treating her coldly was breaking every strings connecting her heart. She felt like a total mess.
She walked towards the place she believed he would go and as she predict,
She saw him talking to a woman and it broke her heart really bad. She felt worse than dying or falling sick.
She closed her eyes and tried to to take in a deep breath before exhaling quietly. Once she was able to calm her racing heart, she walked confidently towards the man still talking with a woman.
Charles had just finished signing a deal with a woman before he noticed a presence behind him. With the corner of his eyes, he saw Caroline walking towards him with confident steps.
His eyes narrowed. Does this woman likes to be humiliated? He thought and was about to enter the car when the woman spoke calmly.
"Give her listening ears". She said. It was as if she could feel the rising tension between the couple and she believes whatever misunderstanding they faced should be resolved.
After saying that, she bowed her head and left. Once she left, Charles didn't turn to look at her. He waited at the front of his car before he heard Carie say,
"I had my reason for breaking up with you. It wasn't out of my will. " Her voice sounded weak and tired.
Charles was slightly taken aback by her confession. But he had an unreadable expression. He thought she was cooking this up so she could get his attention or probably mock him. But hearing her say she had her reason for breaking up with him? Does that mean she was forced? So many thoughts ran through his head but he decided to listen to her according to what that woman had said before she left.
But the next words she said made him utterly shocked as he never saw this coming.
"I broke up with you because of a man called Gregor".
Those simple words were so loud and clear; it felt as though a cold bucket of water was dumped on him.
Gregor? The same rivalry man against Logan and him? Ur refused to believe. But curiosity was powerful and he asked, grabbing her shoulder violently.
Carie winced because of the mild pain she felt.
"Which Gregor?" He asked with gnashing teeth making Carie wonder what has prompted him to be this agitated.
"I don't know. But I don't think I can leave without you. I love you to bits". She said as tears began to form at the corner of her eyes.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have broken up with you. I really really love you. Please let's get back together". She said pleadingly as the tears that formed at the corner of her eyes slowly flowed down her cheeks.
Charles, at that moment didn't know what to do or say.
He had a nagging feeling that it must be the same Gregor. But if he is the one, why would he try to break his relationship with Carie?
