With tears in his eyes, Kali finally resolved himseld to sit down again and assume the meditation position.
He circulated the level 5 SE throughout the Planet's pre-made Blood Veins, but this time he let it seep into every part of his planet for it to level up.
He could feel every component of the Planet including the ones he added getting strengthened, and after 10 hours he finally finished levelling the whole Planet to level 1 and it only took about 62.5 Level 5 SE.
Leaving him with 15,562.5 remaining 5SE.
He could feel the core and the land is now much sturdier, harder to destroy. The Air and the Atmosphere also became heavier and much stronger. The water is now clearer which might mean it is purer, he'll have to test whether that's really the case. The Water Stones now generates the same kind of water that his world now possesses.
It really is an unexpected boon, it really is the right choice to develop the Blood Vein Circulation Technique in his own Planet.
The only caviat is that levelling up the Planet took ten times as much as his own body's level up.
Wait, in hindsight, the cost is just the same, because 1 SE is equal to 10 in his own planet.
If it took him 62.5 for Level 1, Level 2 would need 625, then 6,250 for Level 3, and for Level 4 he'll need 62,500 5SE.
Thinking of all that calculation got Kali spiraling, he still needs a whole ton of SE to get his Planet Vessel to Level 5, and now he worries where he could get that kind of amount of SE.
Well, stop thinking for now, Level 3 it is! Let the future me worry about where to get all the SE.
Levelling up to 3 took him about 20 more hours, it might have cost him all feeling on his buttocks but it also brought him so much benefits in that his planet got a holistic overall improvement, and he can now once again Level up his SE up to Level 8.
Which might mean even more torture *sniff!*
At this point, Kali is just about done with meditating, but what can he do? That's the only position he knows where meditation is effective.
If only there's a meditation where he could just lie down all day, he would choose to practice that any day of the week.

It's the day of the Water Festival! Held once a year to celebrate the founding of Pont City.

He's just about to knock on the door, but before he could even touch it, the door already slammed on his face.
"Brat! I've been waiting for you! C'mon let's go! To the festival!" Out came the hyper Old Man Kane, also sporting a raincoat.
Sometimes, due to his weirdness, Kali really forgets that this Old Man is a Tier 3 Awakened, however he's never truly seen the Old Man display any kind of powers, so who can blame him?
The two walked to the City Center to join in the festivities, everyone they came across also going to the same place also all wore some kind of raincoat.
When they're about a 100 meters from the City Center, they were just about to step in to the front of a street, knowing it is the festival, as they stepped forward, they suddenly retracted the foot they just stepped forward.
Sure enough, as they predicted, water splashed on the spot they just stepped foot in.
"HAHAHHAHA! You guys would have to be faster than that if you want to wet this Old Man!" Kane said to the people who is currently hiding in the street with buckets full of water in their hands.
But before Old Man Kane could laugh even more, the people, grinning from ear to ear, pulled out a huge hose, then more people came out surrounded the gradfather-grandson pair.
"Uh-oh, Old Man I think we gotta run now," Kali said nervously, but when he looked beside him, Kane wasn't there anymore, he's already ran far ahead of him.
"Brat! I need to keep my never been wetted in 30 years title, be a scapegoat for this Old Man!"
"Damn you! What Old Man? You run even faster than a freaking adult in his prime!" Kali responded, but seeing the gradually tightening circle surrounding him, he finally realized the gravity of his situation, "Uhh.. Mercy? Please?"
Before he could talk further, the hose splashed him with so much water, and now he's wet from head to toe.
The City Center and it's surroundings is in chaos, everyone holds their own buckets of water and some even using Water powers to splash one another, no one is frowning or mad though, everyone's smiling.
That's the Water Festival of Pont City, everyone is free game to splash water at.
After about 30 minutes of running from the people splashing him, Kali finally reached the City Center and went to the one place free of Water Splashing, the Marketplace.
"Brat, you finally got here! This Old Man's gotten so bored waiting for you!" There he is, the Old Man, and seeing him still dry infuriated Kali after what he did to him.
So he thought of a devious method to mess with the Old Man.
"Do you have any heart Old Man? You left me there! And here I was taking you with me to enjoy the festival!"
"HAHAHAHHAHAHA! Don't be so stuck up brat, that's just water, it will dry up in no time," Kane walked closer to Kali then patted his shoulders, as if consoling him.
Seeing the Old Man so close, Kali grinned, and before Kane could even react, Saltwater splashed out of Kali's hands, wetting him.
Feeling the water on him, Kane slumped on the ground as if he was just delivered a very heavy news, "Noo! My 30 year record!!" He screamed.
Kali, seeing the Old Man's despair, feigned concern and touched his head, "It's Okay Old Man, given how tenacious you are you still have about 30 more years on you, you can retrieve that," he said, trying to stop his laughter while releasing water from his hands touching Kane's head.
Feeling more water on his head, Kane felt his veins heat up even more, but before he could retaliate Kali already ran away.
"Don't let me catch you brat! You're dead!!!"
