After communicating with Law, Ikki looked at the eager Smoker and said, "What are you waiting for? Go on!"

Smoker glanced at Ikki and replied, "Why don't you fight him yourself?"

Ikki shrugged and said, "I have no grudge against him. Besides, don't you hate the Shichibukai the most? This is your chance!"

Smoker remained silent.

Smoker really wanted to capture Law and question him about his purpose here, but he couldn't shake the feeling that Ikki and Ace had some hidden agenda.

While Smoker was hesitating, Law made the first move. It wasn't that he particularly wanted to fight, after all... he was also curious about the mysterious Ikki.

The reason Law acted so hastily was because of the signal from Vergo, who was monitoring the situation from behind the scenes.

Vergo had taken out Law's heart and squeezed it gently.

When Law felt a sharp pain in his chest, he knew this was Vergo's signal for him to attack immediately, so he lunged at Smoker without hesitation.

Seeing this, Smoker instinctively drew his jitte and clashed with Law's Kikoku.

Just as Ace was about to step forward to help Smoker, Ikki pulled him away.

"We have more important things to do!"

After saying that, Ikki used small light to reduce both himself and Ace to tiny size.

Watching Ikki and Ace disappear, Smoker realized he might have been deceived.

With the two of them gone, Law took a deep breath and began to fight with his full strength. Rather than engaging in a physical battle with Smoker, he utilized his Op-Op Fruit ability.

Room.

Meanwhile, after shrinking themselves, Ikki and Ace infiltrated Caesar's base.

Inside the facility, Ikki explained to Ace his earlier conversation with Law.

"So, we're going to help Law get his heart back?"

Ikki nodded and said, "Yes, and not only that, we also need to capture Caesar and completely resolve the situation here!"

With the aid of Ikki's special ability, the two quickly reached the core of Caesar's base, where they found Caesar and Vergo watching surveillance den den mushi monitors, while Monet, wearing glasses, was recording something.

"It seems this kid Law is quite skilled! Smoker is no longer a match for him," Vergo commented calmly, his face expressionless as he held Law's heart in his hand.

"Vergo, do you want Law to kill Smoker?" Caesar asked curiously.

"Hmph! Law is becoming increasingly uncontrollable. He even applied to become a Shichibukai. Does he think he can stand as an equal to the young master? Record him killing the Vice Admiral, so we can strip him of his Shichibukai status and teach him a lesson!"

Hearing Vergo's words, Monet glanced at him and thought to herself, 'Vergo is truly loyal!'

After overhearing Vergo's plan, Ace wanted to rush back to save Smoker.

"Hey... don't be impulsive. Law knows what he's doing," Ikki cautioned.

Just as Ikki finished speaking, Vergo, who had been staring at the monitors, looked directly toward their location.

The slight fluctuation in Ace's emotions had alerted Vergo's Observation Haki to their presence...

"Who's there? Show yourself!" Vergo demanded coldly, looking in Ikki and Ace's direction.

Both Monet and Caesar turned to him in surprise.

"What's wrong?" Caesar asked curiously.

"My Haki tells me someone else is in this room!"

At the mention of Haki, Caesar couldn't help but scowl. What Caesar hated most was Haki. Without it, his Logia-type Gas-Gas Fruit would make him virtually invincible!

While Vergo was scanning the seemingly empty floor, the situation on the surveillance den den mushi suddenly changed.

Law, who had already pressed the tip of his Haki-imbued sword against Smoker's chest, suddenly stopped as Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, and Robin appeared.

Law had been waiting for Luffy's arrival; otherwise, he could have killed Smoker or removed his heart long ago.

Luffy was surprised to see Law.

"Oh... Tra-guy! Long time no see!"

Everyone in the Straw Hat crew knew that Law had saved Luffy's life after Marineford, so they all greeted him with friendly smiles.

Law sheathed his sword and said calmly to Luffy, "Straw Hat, this is not a place you should be. Take your friends and this Marine and leave immediately!"

As soon as he finished speaking, Law kicked the already injured Smoker toward Luffy.

Watching this unfold on the monitor, Vergo glared coldly at Law and squeezed the heart harder.

At that moment, a sharp gust of wind struck Vergo's wrist holding the heart.

The wind blade moved with incredible speed. By the time Vergo felt it, his wrist already bore a deep cut down to the bone. Law's heart flew from his grasp.

Vergo immediately covered his wounded wrist and spotted Ikki, who stood on the sofa at the size of an ant, holding a small blade.

Ikki smiled before instantly returning to his normal size. Using his Rabbit Talisman, he caught the heart before it hit the ground and secured it safely.

The entire sequence happened so quickly and efficiently that it left no room for error.

The sudden appearance of Ikki and Ace, coupled with the spray of blood from Vergo's wrist, left Caesar bewildered.

"Who are you...? How did you get in here?" Caesar demanded in a deep voice, pointing at them.

Everyone ignored Caesar. Vergo turned to Monet and ordered, "Take Caesar and leave. I'll handle this!"

Vergo knew that Caesar was extremely important to his master Doflamingo, so he couldn't allow anything to happen to him. Even if it cost Vergo his life, Caesar had to remain safe.

With this in mind, Vergo focused on Ace.

What truly concerned him wasn't Ikki who had wounded him, but Ace who had remained silent throughout.

He didn't care how Ace had survived or been resurrected. All that mattered was Caesar's safety.

As Monet moved to escort Caesar away, the scientist became indignant.

"What! They're just two young men. Why should I run?"

Speaking, Caesar pulled out his castanets—weapons that could create directed explosions when clapped together.

Before he could activate them, a fiery figure rushed toward him. It was Ace's fire clone that had been waiting to strike.

Ace's clone delivered a Haki-infused punch directly to Caesar's nose, crushing it.

"Damn Haki users! Damn Haki! It hurts like hell!" Caesar wailed, falling to the ground and clutching his bloody nose.

Seeing this, Monet sprang into action. She quickly encased Ace's clone in a snow barrier, then grabbed Caesar with her talon-like feet and flew deeper into the laboratory.
