"I think I got lost in several places." Citar noted slowly and with huge blinks.
"You're not alone with that." Several of the Athamanas spoke up.
"There's not just one ghost king?" Teveli scratched his head.
"No, there are two, but I didn't know that both of them were my relatives." Kele appeared out of nowhere and looked first at Kamu and then at Etele.
"Hey, don't look like that, bro, I thought it was just me." Kamu pointed at himself, then folded his arms in front of his chest. "Well, it's not like I'm that interested in being a ghost king, but I still am." He shrugged.
"And that's why there are two." Tame sighed too, but this sigh was full of disapproval.
"Am I the only one who cares about where the fene we are?" Rahul suddenly spoke up and when the others turned to their companions they saw that the boy was observing their surroundings.
"Well, Rahul, I don't want to be a dick, but I think that's the least of our problems right now." Citar waved his friend off.
"We're home." Physalis Alkekengi grimaced.
"This is definitely not Madüjawr." Achilleus countered, who had just taken out his moon map and now only the top of his head was visible from behind the map.
"Not in yours." The danovus lady rolled her eyes. "In mine." She looked towards the mountains towering in the distance. "Although we are quite far from the center."
"Oh, a local danovus, what luck." Tame pursed his lips.
"How did you become a ghost king father?" Kamu asked, which drew attention to himself again. The Ishán of the Immortal Mist narrowed his eyes at his father, as if he didn't know who he was facing.
"I don't have the slightest idea. I died, I came back to annoy your brother, then his relatives. Then I got bored and started walking the world, and the ghosts came after me like bees to a flower. Then one thing came from another and I played war again." Etele shrugged.
"Because everything is just a game for you, boss." Tame folded his arms in front of him.
"But then I got bored too, so I went back to Madüjawr, then I found Rahul's father and that's how we got to where we are today." The ghost relative explaned in a voice filled with complete boredom.
"And didn't you think that maybe you should also tell us that you were the ghost king?" Razvan asked, looking at his former táltos with piercing eyes.
"What would have been funny about that?" The useless táltos asked back.
"Wait! When we went to the Fene and the ghosts attacked us..." Citar began and looked at Etele suspiciously.
"Yes, I told them to get off. Although I don't know what the fene they were doing there originally. My troops wasn't supposed to be there, but they are, they don't always do what I tell them." The ghost shrugged.
"At least they listen to you, they avoid me like the plague." Kamu pursed his lips.
"Because the lord's kí is black, and the boss's is purple, that attracts the ghosts." Tame announced, in a calm voice, as if he was just talking about the weather.
"Does kí have a color? I thought only your leveling pebbles showed colors." Rahul turned curiously to his companions, but they also blinked at Tame in the same surprise as he did.
"Most people don't even see them." Tame sighed. "This was a specialty of my people, before everyone died." He said and looked behind the hegins, where the sea softly beat the rocks.
"What color are we?" Citar asked, and the ghost looked at the hegins.
"Rainbow. I don't usually see so many different ones in one place. Strange colors repel each other." The ghost chuckled.
"What's mine like?" Citar smiled and folded his arms behind him, the ghost looked at him and smiled faintly.
"Pale blue, like the glaciers in the land of the Chiam, up in the mountains, where only predators roam." Tame said simply.
"I didn't understand half of that." Rahul scratched his head.
"Not just you." Benkó grimaced beside him.
"Yeah, it definitely didn't make much sense." Achilles also agreed.
"Can we get back to the important questions?" Kamu interrupted in an icy voice. "Why did you attack the danovuses, father?" He asked, turning to the ghost.
"I have no problem with the danovuses." The ghost relative shrugged.
"Then why are you fighting a war?" The Ishán of the Immortal Mist insisted.
"For the island." Etele snapped at him.
"What do you need an island of danovuses for?" Kamu grimaced.
"I don't give a damn about danovuses." Etele snapped at him, then continued more enthusiastically. "I want to get the Miro Kahus! I want to know if they exist?" Etele's ghost eyes sparkle with excitement.
"The flying cows?" Physalis Alkekengi asked, grimacing.
"Flying cows?" Achilleus blinked.
"Cows can fly?" Benkó asked also confused.
"See? That's exactly why I want to see them!" Etele grinned.
"It must be an unusual sight." Citar blinked.
"I don't want to ruin the moment hegins, but... You know that the Miro Kahu are not ordinary cows that fly, right?" Physalis Alkekengi interrupted.
"Of course they are not. They fly." Etele rolled his ghost eyes, as if he were talking to a clueless little child.
"I mean, they are not normal-sized cows that fly!" The danovus lady began to explain. "These are more like beetles than cows. A full-grown specimen can easily fit in the palm of my hand, and we haven't even talked about the little ones, they are like damn mosquitoes." The lady wrinkled her nose.
"Well, that makes them less interesting." Benkó grimaced.
"Congratulations, now I am even more curious about them than I was before." Etele was enthusiastic and the widest smile appeared on his face.
"We lost grandpa." Razvan announced. "If he looks like that, you have no chance of stopping him." He sighed.
"So, lady danovus. Can you show me where the miro kahus are?" Etele appeared in front of Physalis Alkekengi in an instant and folded his hands in supplication.
"If you really want to see the miro kahus, I can take you to them." She shrugged.
"But only after you have done your job as a warlord." Tame caught Etele by the ear. "I will not let you fool around. Not even if you want to stop the attacks in the danovuses. I certainly will not explain the matter to your ghosts." The man announced.
"It would not be a good idea to go hunting for miro kahu now anyway." Physalis Alkekengi added.
"Why?" Suk asked with raised eyebrows.
"The sun is setting." The woman gave the answer.
"And why is that a problem?" Teveli asked.
"The danovuses are stronger at night." Wandi stated.
"And what's the problem with that?" Benkó blinked at him.
"We're on an island full of wild danovuses. Much." The heir to the Vojk said.
"Then we'll spend the night in the camp." Etele decided. "Tame, lead!"
