Anna's P.O.V✓
The principal's words echoed in my mind as I stood in the classroom, surrounded by the chatter of my new classmates. "Anna Brooklyn, if you need anything, I am available." His smile lingered on his face as he exited the room.
A girl with black wavy hair approached me, her smile radiant. "Hey newbie, I'm Sara Covington," she introduced, stretching her hand forward for a shake.
"Nice to meet you, Sara," I replied, shaking her hand.
Sara pointed to her badge. "I'm the class captain. If you need anything, I'll be happy to help."
As she walked away, I couldn't help but notice the diverse group of students in the classroom. There were werewolves, witches, demons, vampires, dhampirs, and many more supernatural creatures I had no idea existed.
Mac had told me some details about Chrisvilland High School. Both humans and supernatural creatures attended this school, and it had some hidden secrets and mysteries.
Just then, a familiar voice screamed my name. "Anna!!!"
I turned to see Ria rushing towards me, a huge smile on her face. We hugged tightly, and I couldn't believe I had forgotten that Ria also attended this school. We were in the same grade!
As we disengaged, Ria cupped my cheeks. "Welcome to Chrisvilland High School, cousin."
The students looked at us in amazement, whispering to each other.
'Oh my, she's the class vice president's cousin.'
'She's related to Ria Wilson.'
'Can't believe they're cousins.'
I had already gathered more than enough attention in just a few minutes.

Demon Clan✓
The throne room was dimly lit with amber candles, giving off an ominous vibe. The Demon Lord sat on the throne, emitting a terrifying aura with his eyes closed.
A dark shadow lurked around the room. "Reveal," the Demon Lord commanded, his voice echoing.
The dark shadow released a black mist, sending a force to the Demon Lord. The Demon Lord waved his hand, and the mist dissipated, revealing a woman with long, fiery red hair in a dazzling black dress.
Her sharp features and black lipstick made her look intimidating, and the dark aura circulating around her only added to her menacing presence.
"Long time, Lucan," her smooth voice filled the hall.
Though she looked young, she had lived for thousands of years.
"Kai, to whom do I owe this sudden presence?" the Demon Lord asked.
"It's been sixteen years," Kai replied, her voice filled with unknown emotions.
"The witches declined immediately after the war," Kai continued.
"Doesn't matter, I've gotten the power I wanted," Lucan said, his eyes still shut close.
"What if they rebel? I do not trust those petty witches," Kai spat, and Lucan's eyes fluttered open.
"I'll ruin them like that of Alexander's," his voice was cold, sending a chill down the spine.
Kai's eyes flickered with guilt, and she spoke, "As you wish, Lucan, but be careful. I sense a great threat."
With that, she disappeared leaving Lucan alone in the dimly lit throne room.

My first day at school was weird. The stares gave me creeps, and it felt like eternity. Though the lectures were interesting, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being watched.
Ria had told me all about the school, but there was more hidden. During recess, Ria and I walked into the cafeteria.
Ria was the class deputy, but I didn't see the class president.
Sara was the class captain. Ria told me the class president was a guy, handsome at that. I rolled my eyes; she talks about boys a lot.
The cafeteria was filled with students, chatting and munching on their food. Everyone minded their business, thanks to that, and there were no creepy stares.
We walked to an empty table, and a lady walked up to us, flashing a sweet smile. "Your orders, princesses?"
Ria ordered ravioli with a cup of smoothie, and I ordered egg and bacon with a cup of smoothie.
The lady nodded and walked away, swaying her hips. In a few minutes, she brought our order.
"Thanks," I muttered.
We dug in, sipping our smoothies.
"You know, I was so happy that you're attending Chrisvilland High School," Ria said after we finished eating.
"And I can assure you that it's a lot of fun here. You'll love it," she said, and I smiled.
"I hope so," I mumbled.
We left the cafeteria, and Ria was talking nonstop about the students in our class and boys...gawd!
Finally, for the day, the bell rang, and we all went out of the class.
"Anna, see you tomorrow. I need to rush home now," Ria said and pecked my cheek.
"See you, bye," I waved at her as she ran down the hallway.
I walked to the parking lot, looking around for Mac and Max.
"Where the hell are they?" I mumbled, taking my phone and dialing Mac's number. It went straight to voicemail, same as Max's and Mom's.
Are they expecting me to walk home? I don't even know the way.
"Hey," I heard a masculine voice behind me.
I turned, seeing an angel fallen from heaven. Gawd, he's damn handsome!
His chiseled jaw, beautiful blue piercing eyes, and cream pixie-styled hair left me speechless.
"You're waiting for your ride?" he broke my thoughts.
I stuttered, unable to take my eyes off him.
A car honked, and a Lamborghini pulled up behind me.
I turned, becoming furious seeing who it was.
"Your ride," the guy said simply with a smile.
Mac and Max came out of the car, and I glared at them furiously.
"Like seriously..." I sneered.
