Remi glanced back at Felix with amusement. Why did he sound so embarrassed about it? It was the same during his conversation with Kade earlier, but right now he was talking to a literal witch. Someone who also had special, magic abilities. Thus, the topic should have seemed more ordinary. Not to mention, they had already established before that Felix's bloodline was special, since it was the cure to Remi's curse… It was only natural for Felix to wonder whether there was something more to it. In fact, Remi was a bit surprised that it took the Omega so long to even ask about it.
It was just a quick glance, though, and soon he turned away once again, before Felix could so much as catch a glimpse of his face.
