Scene 3.0: Aetherial Sea, Time: Unknown, Age: Climax of the Ninth Umbral Calamity
Runa is petrified upon hearing Nidhogg's Laughter, Luminescence can't hear the Black Dragon, but she notices that Runa's Eyes are brighter than normal and it's not because of her Umbral Rings. Then Luminescence notices cold sweats running down Runa's Cheek that the Dread Devil Goddess laughs as she sneers at the Au Ra and snaps her fingers, giving Nidhogg a physical appearance that resembles his original body in his prime. Runa is shocked that Luminescence gave the dragon his body back and as gratitude, Nidhogg roars and bites Luminescence's upper-half of her body, but nothing happens as the Dread Devil Goddess laughs manically at Nidhogg's attempt as Nidhogg's Body is actually a Ghost, not flesh or blood.
Nidhogg:
(Dragonspeak, Furious)
"You Wretch!"
Luminescence:
(Evil Sneer)
I know you are, but what am I?
Runa:
(Furious)
What in the Seven Hells, Luminescence!?
Luminescence:
I wanted to see how you'd both react by me doing this.
Runa:
(Annoyed Stare)
I am amused.
Luminescence:
No one likes a hypocrite, Runa-Tan.
Nidhogg:
"Once I take over this Au Ra, I will take the utmost pleasure in ending you!"
Luminescence:
Don't make promises you can't keep, me Boko! Still…I look forward to seeing you try and fail. Welp! We had our Fun Jump-Scare for the moment. Time to continue the story of your parents. The rest of this story is uneventful until Mythril Cup where your parents faced each other and Raubahn too. I think you already know how it went, but allow me to fill in the missing details like how it all really went down.
Runa:
So long as you do not alter it to see my father in a positive light.
Luminescence:
Too late! You already know your dad's cool!
Runa scoffs annoyingly, but deep down she feels happy about the compliment as Nidhogg growls angrily as Luminescence continues the story of the Au Ra's Parents in the past…
Scene 3.1: Eorzea, Ul'dah, Morning, Age: 22 Years Before The Seventh Umbral Calamity
At the waiting area, Marcello, Khadagan and Venase check out the competition which includes everyone hating on Marcello, Adventurers from all of Eorzea and the Main Threat to all participants there including themselves: "The Bull of Ala Mhigo" himself, Raubahn Aldynn who is there in chains and carefully guarded by the Ul'dahn Paladins. Marcello now understands how powerful Raubahn truly is upon seeing him chained up like that as he has seen his fights at the Bloodsands Arena. Many there are too confident that they can defeat Raubahn, but Marcello knows that is not the case; same can be said by his companions, Venase & Khadagan also see that The Bull of Ala Mhigo is far more dangerous than they originally thought that even they believe they can't beat Raubahn if they face him. During the preliminaries, Marcello, Venase and Khadagan managed to defeat all those who fought them with no effort due to their mastery of their respective jobs and knowing the weakness of the Mythril Gear Marcello's Rivals were using. Sasabal is watching the matches with excitement that his friend and the girls acquainted with Marcello have won their places in the quarterfinals; the same can be said for his expectations of Raubahn as he won his preliminaries with no effort whatsoever that he fight all of his opponents only using his left arm which isn't his dominant arm, but he is known to be Dual-Wielding Fighter which means he isn't fighting at full strength as he doesn't see anyone he fought against: from Hyur to Elezen to Miqo'te to Lalafell to Roegadyn to Au Ra to Viera to Hrothgar…None were a match for him that he isn't interested in even bothering himself to fight anyone at his best. Runa sees this and is surprised to see that Raubahn's eyes were as lifeless like when he thought Nanamo was dead. She wonders if fighting her parents might have helped him gain the fire she and all of Eorzea knows him for. The Quarterfinals were paired up in a way that made her Parents excited to fight their respective challengers…
Phase 1:
The Lech Viera Vs. The Secret Necromancer
Venase is the first up and she is up against the Thaumaturge Guildmaster, Mumuepo and she notices that the Lalafell is hiding something dark within him. Not taking any chances on what he has under his sleeves, Venase decides to hit him hard by using her Astrologian Job only while conserving her Aether as she realize that when she wins, she will be facing off against Raubahn as the next match features The Bull of Ala Mhigo and a Hrothgar Gunbreaker who escaped from Bozja after its fall, but Venase notices that this Hrothgar is skillful enough that might deal some level of injury to Raubahn even when he loses to The Bull of Ala Mhigo. Venase fights against Mumuepo and using her Astrologian Arcana, the Viera manages to easily predict Mumuepo's every move as her Mastery as a Healer & a Caster makes her more perceptive to her surroundings that she notices which spell the Lalafell is going to use next; Venase counters him every step of the way that Mumuepo surrenders and making the Viera the victor. Mumuepo is impressed to meet a Viera as talented in Magicks as her and wonders if she can have an affinity to necromancy. Thanks to Luminescence, Runa is able to see Mumuepo's Thoughts and is repulsed to witness this but…
Nidhogg:
"Why are you repulsed, Daughter of Khadagan Mol? You also posses the talent to wield that power."
Runa:
(Furious)
I will never wield that power.
Luminescence:
Why not?
Runa:
Because it is an evil power!
Luminescence:
That doesn't stop you from wielding the power of a Dark Knight and Reaper.
Runa:
That is not—
Luminescence:
It is the same. DRK allows you to wield a power that the Gods have Forbidden. RPR wields the Power of the Voidsent. 1 Wrong Move and you are consumed by the forbidden power they posses. Necromancy is no different than either DRK or RPR and if you say you needed the power to "Save the First" or "To Fight Zenos On Equal Footing", is a load of Behemoth Shite! Did you know Necromancy can be used in the same manner as DRK and RPR. Sacrifice your own Life-Force to heal your allies or Summon a Voidsent to empower your allies. To quickly replenish your Mana quickly, Summon a Voidsent and do a Blood-Pact, but to summon them again will take some time before you do. That's how some Necromancers uses their power, you see? No different than both DRK and RPR.
Nidhogg:
"She is right, Daughter of Khadagan Mol. Embrace the Power of Necromancy. Let it empower you and consume you…embrace it so your become even greater!"
Luminescence:
Oh, she did. In most realities she overcame it and mastered it the same way as she mastered DRK and RPR.
Runa:
And the realities I did not?
Luminescence:
You end up turning all reflections into what the Thirteenth currently is, but you call it as the void.
Runa:
How many versions of me did that?
Luminescence:
(Sneering)
13. Funny Number, don't you think?
Runa:
I see what you did there. So Raubahn fought a Hrothgar Refugee from Bozja. He seems familiar…
Luminescence:
He's Devana and Artemis' Birth Father – Čestislav Macedonia
Runa:
(Shocked)
WHAT DID YOU SAY!?!?!? Artemis' Dad was a Veena Prince and Devana's Mom was a Hellion.
Nidhogg:
"Nay, Daughter of Khadagan Mol. That was a sham marriage for the Vieras in order to avoid civil war among their kind."
Runa:
What do you mean by that?
Luminescence:
You'll find out soon enough. Let's continue the story for you to understand.
Annoyed by both Luminescence and Nidhogg keeping secrets from her, but somehow Runa trusts Luminescence to be honest with her unlike Nidhogg.
Phase 2:
The Bull of Ala Mhigo Vs. The Blade Master
In the Second Quarterfinals Match, Raubahn faces off against Čestislav but Runa notices that this Hrothgar is not at full strength as he has a similar Injuries as her GNB Mentor, Radovan except the paralysis he suffers under the Shock Collar he wore for years. Raubahn sees Čestislav's Gunblade and is overcome with rage as the memories of fighting the Garlean Empire that the shackles he have all over his body couldn't restrain him anymore that they shatter before his might. Every spectator were in awe and cheering meanwhile the PLDs and Sasabal feared for Čestislav's life. The fight went on as they feared: With Raubahn brutalizing Čestislav, but he is stopped when Marcello does a Shield Toss, gracing Raubahn's right cheek that caught The Bull of Ala Mhigo's attention. Raubahn sees Marcello and notices the fire in the young Knight's Eyes and walks away in hopes to face Marcello. Sasabal breathes a sigh of relief that Marcello managed to stop Raubahn and asks his Healers to tend to Čestislav's injuries. In the medical room, Venase demands to see Čestislav in order to heal him, but she is denied because she doesn't have authorization to be there, but Marcello asks them to let her through. Everyone there knows Marcello thanks to Sasabal and lets them in. Venase heals Čestislav and he regains consciousness for a moment and is taken aback by the Viera's Beauty only to faint once again due to his exhaustion. Venase returns to the arena without even giving the Hrothgar a second glance. Runa understands why that is and it's because she doesn't know Čestislav yet and when it comes to males, Venase only has eyes for Marcello, but when it comes to Females, the Viera has no such reservations. Now for the next match…
Phase 3:
The Dragonheart Vs. The Holyfist
This is the match Runa was expecting to see: Her Mother against one of her Mentors, The Pugilist Guildmaster Hamon Holyfist as he is at the moment being a showman bragging about his speed and power. Khadagan looks at Hamon with deep curiosity as she wonders if he's really that strong. Hamon does a loud yell aimed at Khadagan which the Au Ra takes it as a War Cry challenging her in battle no different than the Xaela Tribes of the Azim Steppe. Khadagan readies her lance but before she could set her sights on Hamon, he is already attacking her with a flurry of punches and kicks she couldn't react to him fast enough she falls to her knees. She couldn't believe how fast this braggart of a Midlander truly is, she heals herself with "Invigorate" and uses "Keener Flurry" to increases her parry rate by 80% but it lasts for 20 seconds and it takes 90 seconds for her to use it again, she decides to use it as soon as he gets close; Khadagan successfully blocks all of Hamon's attacks with ease that the Pugilist sidesteps to hit her blind-spot only for her to use Elusive Jump to avoid his attack then uses Spineshatter Dive to get him, but Hamon avoids her attack with his Enhanced Featherfoot and delivers a Haymaker on her chest, but her armor withstood the brunt of the blow. Khadagan jumps over Hamon, trips him by putting her lance between his legs, drops Hamon to the ground by sweeping her lance from where she placed it, places her right Jackboot on his throat and points her lance close to his eyes. The match ends with Khadagan winning and as Hamon stands up laughing, he starts congratulating the Xaela. Khadagan laughs and calls Hamon One Weird Hyur. Runa can't help but to laugh along with them as this was a side of her mother she never knew. She wonders why she never knew of this only for Luminescence to snap her fingers and reveals that her father, Marcello actually told her the story himself and bragged about it to her and her older sister. Runa looks at the Dread Devil Goddess in shock only for Luminescence with her arms crossed with her eyes closed, points at Nidhogg's Ghost which Runa understands that he hid the memories of it as well. This now scares her as she finds out something disturbing: If Nidhogg hid the truth about her father's love and the memory of her father telling this story of her mother, what else did Nidhogg hide?
Phase 4:
The Gentleman Knight Vs. The First Sword
Next is the last match of the Quarterfinals between Marcello and his former Guildmaster, the First Sword, Master Swordsong. Swordsong smiles at Marcello as he hoped to face-off against him since he became a Knight instead of a Paladin as he wonders what makes a Knight different than a Paladin. Sasabal is excited to see this fight as well as Raubahn but for different reasons. Marcello readies himself as he knows his former Mentor's Power & Tactics that he needs to assess the situation carefully and fight strategically. Swordsong is wearing a helm with a retractable visor as he knows that Marcello can read faces as this is the reason he's the best Triple Triads Player in all of Ul'dah especially that he is the only one that managed to keep up with the kids who are more adept at the game. Keeping his face hidden, he might be able to have an upperhand against Marcello since unlike his Gladiator training, Knights posses beneficial abilities that can match Paladins, but with different properties. Swordsong moves slowly to the side in his defensive stance as Marcello does the same for Swordsong as they try to anticipate each other's moves. Runa sees this with stress and annoyance, but at the same time she understands the situation; as she did the same thing when fighting Zenos after defeating Endsinger. Marcello & Swordsong both flinches at the same time for a moment they begin clashing with their swords and smashing their shields together as they try to overpower each other. Everyone cheers on as well as Swordsong's Wife caring for their infant daughter, Mylla. The fight is heated and hard for both of them as they are evenly match that Runa, if she was sitting down, is at the edge of her seat seeing this. Unlike Marcello who have access to Enhanced Pray which gradually restores 5,000 HP for 30 Seconds and Heal which restores 30,000 HP for 5,000 MP; Swordsong doesn't have healing or regen skills, but mitigation skills only that he can't keep up with restorative magicks combined with the Gladiator Skills he taught Marcello. Swordsong unable to keep up, so he forfeits the match as he salutes Marcello, the audience and his family cheers him loudly, even more so when he calls Marcello a True Gentleman Knight. Runa is filled with pride seeing her father like this, but starts acting Tsundere after Luminescence and Nidhogg notice her Smile.
Phase 5:
The Lech Viera Vs. The Bull Of Ala Mhigo
The Semifinals begin with Venase laying her eyes on Raubahn as she curses her luck that she is facing off against the biggest difficulty spike of her entire life. She already calculated many possible ways to fight Raubahn, but 99% of her plans ends in failure, but only a handful of her plans are viable to defeat the Bull of Ala Mhigo, but she can only use one of those plans: She chooses to be a Green DPS and summons her Carbuncle to have it cast Radiant Aegis throughout the entire battle and uses her Astrologian Globe as she plans to use all of her Spells against Raubahn. Unfortunately she doesn't have her Sage Wings, she can't use her Sage Magicks to the fullest extent, so she has to rely on her other spells. Luckily she can cast any spell without the need of a Cane, Staff or Rod, but for Sage's Barriers, the Wings are Essential. Venase starts her attacks with Fire, but it has no effect on Raubahn as she predicted, so now she has no reservation in using hard hitting spells like Holy, Freeze & Flare while healing herself using Regen & Cure 2 and increasing her power using he Astrologian Arcana Cards like The Arrow, The Spire, The Spear, The Bole, The Ewer, Lord of Crowns and Lady of Crowns. As the fight progresses, Venase's Defenses were no match to Raubahn's brute strength that if she was a Normal Viera, She would have been dead right now; but thanks to her Arcana Cards, Carbuncle's Radiant Aegis and White Magicks, her Regeneration and Defenses makes her almost immortal. Seeing that she cannot win, Venase sheaths her Astrologian Globe and just like Master Swordsong, she forfeits her match, but unlike the match between Marcello & Swordsong that everyone was cheering, everyone starts whispering on who can actually stand up against Raubahn. Many are hoping for Marcello to do it while others hope Khadagan to do it.
Phase 6:
The Gentleman Knight Vs. The Dragonheart Lancer
Runa's most anticipated match to see: The Fight Between Her Parents – Marcello Pendragon & Khadagan Mol. Runa knows that her parents had a weird meeting, a second day with them seeing each other naked and whatever else happened after that before the Mythril Cup. Marcello smiles widely while Khadagan annoyingly stares at him after every he did since they met as she blushes as well. Runa can't see into their thoughts which means Luminescence doesn't want her to know what they are thinking. As Runa does the same annoyed stare as her mother towards the Dread Devil Goddess minus the blushing as Runa wants to know what they are thinking as Luminescence tells the Au Ra that she doesn't need to because it's not important. Runa tells Luminescence that's not for her to decide, but Luminescence tells her that it's better this way because not knowing her parent's thoughts will help her see them how she is supposed to see them: As Their Daughter. If she knew what her parents are thinking, a lot of misconceptions are born and those misconceptions have the power to destroy relationships far more faster than any deception or betrayal. Both Khadagan and Marcello ready themselves to face each other; since Khadagan knows Marcello's Strengths as a Knight because of his last match against Swordsong, the Xaela decides to fight him using her dexterity and speed to outmaneuver Marcello as she noticed that he is slower than Hamon. Marcello knows that Khadagan is fast enough to keep up with Hamon, but her stamina and defenses are no different than himself, making her a very rare Red Tank which means taking her down will take a little effort; not like Swordsong whose abilities as a Gladiator puts him on par as him, Khadagan's abilities can deal heavy damage, high agility and have an above average defenses that can pose a challenge to Raubahn, but not win against him.
Without wasting any time, Khadagan rushes Marcello and not giving him any quarter to try to take him down as fast as possible because she knows he has Healing & Regen Magicks in the form of Pray and Heal. With those abilities in mind, the Xaela knows if she relents, Marcello will win against her due to tournament matches are not the same as duels to the death fought in the Azim Steppe as the Mythril Cup possesses limitations that she isn't used to. Marcello notices this on the way she is attacking him that he smiles and tosses his shield away. This confuses Khadagan as he tells her to enjoy the match, not worry for the tournament rules and let loose. A fight like this needs to be savored, not rushed. The crowd cheers, acknowledging Marcello as a True Gentleman Knight. Khadagan scoffs and tells him that the Sultan decides the rules and Sasabal decrees that he will allow it. Khadagan laughs amusingly in a similar way as Sadu Dothraldoes as she knows that Sasabal is Marcello's Friend, Kilirio and thanks to Marcello, she knows that the Sultan is a kind soul just like his unborn daughter, Nanamo will become in the future, but since he's a Lalafell, he tends to be a mischievous young lad. Marcello and Khadagan faces one another not as opponents in a tournament, but as equals and as they fight, Runa notices the stress her mother was experiencing was no longer there as she resembles Sadu Dothral while she is on Battle High State. Seeing her mother's face like that, a familiar feeling rushes deep within Runa: her fight with Zenos. Runa no longer has any ill feelings towards the Fallen Garlean Prince, but she still can't forgive him for all the things he has done his entire life until his death at her hands, not even being the grandson of her former crush and best friend. But her parents are different as they are fighting not out insanity or the drive of a battle to the death, but out of their own Powerful Fighting Spirit. The Clash of their Sword and Lance can be heard throughout the whole arena which brings excitement to all that even Raubahn can't stop smiling seeing their fight and even Runa breaks silence that she's cheering on her parents loudly that annoys Nidhogg and makes Luminescence happy. The fight gets so intense, they clash so hard their weapons fly off their hand and starts to using their fists to determine who gets to the Final Round. But Marcello's Power as a Highlander is too much for her Female Au Ra Body even though she is the tallest and athletic of her gender in all of the Azim Steppe. She's annoyed she lost, but if Marcello gave her this much trouble, she knows she didn't have what it takes to beat Raubahn.
Phase 7:
The Gentleman Knight Vs. The Bull Of Ala Mhigo
After the fight of Marcello & Khadagan, everyone is far excited to witness who will win next battle which is the final round between Marcello & Raubahn. Fortunately after his match against Khadagan, Venase fully heals Marcello in order to fight Raubahn at his best, but he feels he can't win as he had a hard yet fun fight with Khadagan and the fight with Swordsong made him realize that if his former Guildmaster had healing and regen abilities like himself, he would have lost; especially that Swordsong was the favorite to defeat Raubahn, but since both his fights against Swordsong & Khadagan were hard enough on their own and seeing that Venase's Full Power wasn't enough to faze The Bull of Ala Mhigo, Marcello isn't confident enough to defeat or even outlast Raubahn, however Swordsong visits him and decides to tell Marcello a way to defeat Raubahn. Raubahn uses 2 Large Swords, both of them too heavy for any man to wield with one hand, not even Raubahn himself can do it; so Marcello needs to injure one of his arms in order for his Gyr Abania's Bladedancing be weakened to the point that he won't be able to use both swords and after witnessing Marcello's fight with Khadagan, Swordsong believes that Marcello can defeat Raubahn so long as he takes advantage of this strategy. Marcello enters the arena with the strategy his former Mentor told him in mind as he notices that Raubahn does uses 2 swords but never took into consideration the weight of his weapon of choice, but now he sees the swords up-close and notices that they are in fact not conventional to use as a dual weapon, but seeing Raubahn's strength on occasions during his fights in the Bloodsands, Marcello understands Raubahn is not to be taken lightly even with this strategy given to him by his former guildmaster.
Raubahn smiles and asks for Marcello's name as he introduces himself to the Gentleman Knight. Everyone is in awe that the Bull of Ala Mhigo is giving Marcello a great honor Raubahn has given to none. Marcello notices this and cordially returns the honor as Raubahn tells Marcello that he is the only one in this entire tournament he finds interesting and wants to see if Marcello can succeed where all have failed. Both prepare for battle, but the dread in the air dissipates and it's replaced with excitement as the entire arena is cheering both Marcello and Raubahn them on. Both of them are excited to face each other as they smile and waiting to start the battle. Runa sees this and has a sense of nostalgia as she remembers when she fought Raubahn himself as she wants to see how her own father fared against the strongest general of Ul'dahn History. As both Marcello and Raubahn clash swords, Marcello now knows how heavy Raubahn's Swords truly are as with every clash, Marcello fears that his own would shatter mid-fight and he believes his shield would be destroyed with just 2 more strikes. Marcello waits until he sees an opening in order to injure one of Raubahn's Arms so the strategy can go into effect and once he sees it, Marcello takes the shot and injuring Raubahn's left arm enough for him to drop the sword on that hand, forcing him to rely on the sword on his right hand and use it as a two-handed sword instead. Marcello notices that Raubahn speed & power are weaker now, but he's still a threat that one wrong move and Marcello will lose in an instant. The fight is even with neither overtaking the other, creating excitement and suspense among the crowd they can't help but to cheer for them; however what Marcello feared happened as he made a miscalculation that left him open for Raubahn to deal a massive blow to the Gentleman Knight that even his regen and heal magicks are not mitigating nor repairing the damage from his attack, Marcello is slowing down his assault due to this strong injury he just got as this confirms his suspicions: Raubahn is in fact a rampaging bull that can run over you the moment you drop your guard and that is what happened to him. Marcello fights valiantly against Raubahn, but he lost the upperhand as soon as he got hit and now he can't retake the upperhand he once had earlier. Seeing he can't win this, Marcello is not giving up either. Raubahn notices this of Marcello that he doesn't hold back out of respect towards the Gentleman Knight.
The fight ends with Marcello losing the fight by not being able to stand from his injuries, however Raubahn approaches the Gentleman Knight and helps him up as he praises Marcello to all of Ul'dah. Upon seeing this, the entire arena roars in a wild loud cheer celebrating both Marcello and Raubahn. The Mythril Cup ends with Khadagan earning 3rd Place on giving the audience a spectacular fight since the Quarterfinals; Marcello won 2nd Place for making it up to the Final Round and Raubahn wins the Champion's 1st Place along with his freedom and is offered a high position to be part of Sultan Sasabal Ul Sisibal's Military Force: The Immortal Flames. Raubahn is surprised at this, but declines as he says that he is honored, but he would like to get up to speed with the Eorzea of today before accepting the offer to the fullest. Sasabal thanks Raubahn for considering his offer asthe Bull of Ala Mhigo looks at Marcello and tells him that he hopes they meet again not only as Rivals, but as Brothers-In-Arms against the Garlean Empire. Marcello agrees with Raubahn as both of them clash their forearms with each other in friendship. Runa is so proud of her father, she realizes that her feelings for him was always there and the one responsible to create that animosity towards him was all the doing of Nidhogg's Curse. But this makes her wonder: How and When did the curse happened? Nidhogg laughs as he is aware of Runa's thoughts and Luminescence tells her that that will be revealed soon enough.
A few days later, Marcello, Venase & Khadagan decide to travel together but they are stopped by the Hrothgar that faced off against Raubahn in the Quarterfinals as he asks if he can join them. Marcello lets him join them so long as the Hrothgar doesn't use his Gunblade especially after what happened with Raubahn; the Hrothgar agrees and decides to use his Samurai fighting style as he introduces himself as Čestislav Macedonia. With this, Marcello now have a Light Party: Marcello Pendragon, The Paladin; Venase Zenobia, The Astrologian; Khadagan Mol, The Dragoon & Čestislav Macedonia, The Samurai [Tank, Healer and 2 DPS]. Their first order of business: Traverse the entirety of Thanalan followed by Limsa Lominsa and lastly The Black Shroud as Sasabal says his farewell to his friends which unfortunately will never see again.
Runa:
(Surprised, Taken Aback)
This was…
Luminescence:
(Smiling)
I know. I'm glad you are finally able to see the truth. Evil will always try to blind you from it. As they say – "Misery Loves Company". If you are a kind soul, Misery will be jealous of your success, she will befriend you and in turn manipulate you to see things her way and when you least expect it, you'll be dragged to Hell with her as that was Misery's Objective all along. Nidhogg's Apparition…his Curse is the personification of Misery. The reason you hated your father…technically forced to hate your father is because of him. The more you hate, the more miserable you become and the more miserable you are…
(Glares At Nidhogg's Ghost)
…the easier it is for him to take over your body. To be honest…that already happened in an alternate reality.
Upon telling Runa those words, Luminescence snaps her fingers and shows the Au Ra the most horrifying image from a certain alternate reality: Runa embracing the darkness in her heart, the Curse of Nidhogg, she sees herself killing the Scions in Cold-blood with a Yandere Smile across her face and her Umbral Rings glowing brightly red that is far more than normal; but what really shocked Runa to her core is the insane maniacal laughter her evil self. But Luminescence didn't stop there as she showed Runa all the lives her evil self killed: the Leaders of the Star like Nanamo, Kan-E-Senna, Merlwyb, Aymeric, Hien & Fourchenault and did so with a bloodthirsty sadistic gleeful smile while wearing her Dragoon Armor twisted by the curse, but with her Reaper Scythe in hand while slaughtering everyone. Runa is appalled seeing heralternate self committing something she would never do; however Nidhogg is ecstatic and laughing maniacally seeing that corrupting Runa is no longer provable or possible: It has already happened in an alternate reality and if it happened there…it can happen in their reality too. Runa is petrified with horror seeing her alternate self's face taking sick delight & pleasure of all of this horrifying violence and death, but her horror got worse when she see her Evil Self standing on the corpses of her Sister Nhaama, Best Friend Devana and the girl she was conflicted by: Artemis, but made worse with Evil Runa using her scythe to decapitate the Viera that something in Runa breaks seeing her Evil Counterpart laughing at the act. Runa fell on her knees with her mind broken on seeing a Dark Future that is yet to come…
To Be Continued…
