"Zara, where did you get it?" Ace asked, recognising that look on her face.
Zara was hesitant, but now wasn't the time to keep secrets, "From Kaka. She passed it down to me before her death. I just recently inherited it."
Ace slumped onto the chair, "This just got more complicated." He mumbled.
Then he looked up at Zara, "Do you think your Father would know about it?"
Zara shook her head, "I don't think so. It came in a locked box that only I knew the passcode to. Also if he knew anything about, he would have warned me."
Ace bit the tip of his finger, trying to come up with an idea.
Zara on the other hand was still pacing about, fear consuming her.
"What if I get arrested for theft? If it makes it to the news, that would be over for me. I will never get my kids back and I might not even get visitation rights." She panicked, her voice trembling.
Ace shook his head, "No. I don't think it can get that serious."
