"Well, he's definitely living frugally, isn't he?" Eve pointed out. "I would assume he's on some kind of drug, but I doubt it. Perhaps he's just really, really, really bored. Don't you think?"
Rael stared at her for a moment, then shrugged. "He's your husband, not mine. Figure it out."
With that, Rael turned around, glancing over at Lilith, who wasn't as interested in the whole ordeal, as she was more interested in the reunion instead.
After all, it had been so long since her parents had last seen each other. For all she knew, they might just hate each other.
However, that wasn't the case at all, since the moment they stepped foot on this planet and made their presence known, William had already figured out they were here.
But he couldn't recognize Eve's presence. Sure, he had felt it before, and while it did give him a sense of déjà vu, the amount of power she had now, coupled with her body enhanced beyond belief, made her a whole different entity altogether.
