After what felt like several hours, Rael opened his eyes to a message.
He stared at it for a few moments, then let out an exhausted breath. How many times had he had the talk with someone's parents? Well, once, since he had only talked to Zafira's parents, but to be fair, he wasn't that good at these kinds of things.
Maybe all he was lacking was a slightly higher charm stat? Welp. Whatever the case may be, Rael went ahead and teleported over to where Lilith and Eve were. The moment he did, he spotted Eve sitting on a log again.
Just this time, Lilith was right beside her. She seemed happy, and seeing her this happy made him even happier. So when it came down to it, Rael chopped down a tree of his own, then sat on the log comfortably before nodding at Eve.
