"The girl kept quiet for a moment before finally speaking."
"Hehe, I didn't… It was just a guess, that's all," she said with a goofy smile as she turned her face away, looking in the opposite direction, while Liora settled down on a rock beside Hajime.
"Just a guess?" Hajime murmured, his eyes drifting to the girl's arms.
Something about the girl just seemed off than before she came back to life, and her torn apart arm was back to normal, like nothing had happened to it. Even Liora was acting off. Or maybe it was just the way she acted when she was around someone she felt comfortable with? But when did she acquire the kind of magic she used on the dragon back then? And her ears. Was she an elf?
