"Hrmp," Hajime grunted as he rolled over and landed on one of the trees near the open field, allowing him to catch his breath for a moment before getting back on his feet.
He glanced at the titan as it slowly pulled its hand from the ground, groaning relentlessly, its dark eyes locked on Hajime at its side.
As this was happening, Hajime noticed that the titan was slower than it looked, making it possible for him to put as much distance as possible between himself and the titan before those colossal feet came crashing down.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
The titan began trailing him, crashing the earth below while it let out a thunderous roar that made the whole floor shake, trees trembled, and small cracks began lining the sky like shattering glass.
The air around Hajime was warping as dark flames crept along his right arm while he kept sprinting.
A moment later, he came to a sudden halt, turning and facing the titan as it got closer and closer.
SWOOSH.
