Jamal had been counting down the days until his return. After weeks of handling his own work and Stefan's, he was more than ready to hand some of the load back to its rightful owner.
Stefan, on the other hand, was full of complaints the moment he walked into the office, and Jamal handed him a pile of files with a wide smile on his face.
With Stefan back at the office, Dawn no longer had a reason to go to I-Global with Jamal. She had enjoyed spending time with him there, but she was also happy to have the space he had promised her for her podcast.
She had started making plans for the show again. There were topics she wanted to discuss, people she wanted to interview, and new ideas she could not wait to explore.
But first, she wanted to spend some time with Genevieve.
