The time for the rescheduled assembly was nearing, but if Tesarius thought he was done with having visitors for the day, he was so wrong. Today would not be an easy day for him. Not when he made such a mess.
"Your Majesty, Marquess Mormont is here to see you."
"Let him in."
When Tesarius gave that command, he thought it was for a civil conversation between either friends, or an Emperor and his Marquess. Never did he expect things to go the way they did.
He didn't expect Edward to come for his throat directly.
The doors were pulled open, and as they shut behind him while he stormed his way towards the Emperor standing as he leaned against his table looking through documents, Edward could do exactly as he wanted without any eyes watching him.
"You are here. I was just about to head to the assembly-"
