[3rd POV]
Zeus paled slightly as he saw the look on her face. He knew that the woman before him was the strongest deity in the world, and the third strongest being period. He knew that he alone could not stand a chance against her, that was the entire reason that he had brought this force alongside him.
A force of hundreds of Gods, as well as hundreds more ready to flood into Japan the moment that they had the chance. Many of them rivaled him in power, or were close to his brothers. It should be more than enough to deal with Morgan...he hoped.
"So, how are we going to do this? Are we going to do a small battle here to decide it all, in which I will happily slaughter you all to the last atom? Or are we going to do a full scale war, in which my people will slaughter all of yours?" Morgan asked, staring at the King of the Greek Pantheon.
She was uncaring for the growls and glares that were sent her way. None of them were a threat to her, something that they should know. But Gods were not exactly known for being the smartest bunch in the world, so it didn't seem that they did.
"No answer? Surprising, as I thought you Gods were confident in your own power and prestige. But with the way you are avoiding any real conversation with me, it's beginning to feel like you might actually be afraid of me and my people" Morgan said, an amused expression on her face as she stared them all down. Her power rippling and warping the surroundings underneath it's immense might.
Her power had risen more and more recently, with her power over her domains growing every single day, as she gained dominance in more and more countries thanks to her people. And once she had taken care of the pantheons that were trying to attack her faction, she would likely gain all their power for herself, or at the very least, their countries would be under her control.
Therefore making her the "King" of the World, in a way at least.
"You think too highly of yourself!" A voice echoed, as Morgan looked over at the God that hat yelled at her. He was a man from what seemed to be the Greek pantheon. After looking him over for a few short moments, Morgan understood that he was likely Pan, a God that controlled nature and animals.
He was a rather weak God though, hence why she did not really pay attention to him before he had looked over at her and yelled.
"Oh? And you Gods don't think highly of yourselves? How strange, because it looks to me that you think incredibly highly of yourselves, with the way you are standing here before me, truly thinking you have any right to attack my faction and my lands. When you have no right. Not when Hades had kidnapped a member of my faction in the first place" Morgan responded coldly, glaring at the man as her killing intent slammed into him in a concentrated force, making him pale in fright.
He could feel her urge and desire to kill him. To rip him apart until he was nothing more than bones and blood. Making him nothing more than the useless parts of him remaining, as the rest was obliterated from existence like it was nothing.
Like he was nothing.
Which he was. In her eyes he and the rest of the Gods that stood before her, arrogantly looking down on her, were nothing. They were weak, pitiful, foolish.
But that was all Gods. Well, most of them at least. There was a handful that she had met that she had liked, and a handful more that she had not met that she liked, simply because of information that she had gotten from Odin and Amaterasu about them and their personalities.
Gods like Hestia were on that list. She hoped to keep the woman alive if she could, but with her being the Goddess of the hearth and family, it was unlikely that she would want to join her pantheon after she kills her brother Zeus and most likely most of the rest of her family as well.
"You killed my brother! That is enough of a reason to attack your faction and your people! To demand reparations and repayment for what you had done! To get our vengeance for your arrogance and your actions! Even if he had taken Lilith, it gives you no right to kill him! We alone have the right to judge our brother for his actions!" Poseidon roared, the seas below picking up faster and faster, as the skies remained dark.
A storm was brewing around them, as Morgan stared at him.
"It's like you have not listened to a single word that I have said this entire time. But I suppose I should not even be surprised at this point. You Gods will never listen to my words, never listen to reason and explanations. It's honestly just annoying at this point, not surprising, but still annoying" Morgan said with a sigh as she stared at Poseidon like he was a moron.
Poseidon growled angrily at her words, as he began to lift his trident in order to attack her. But before he could, Morgan's stare sharpened, and she disappeared in a burst of speed, activating a few of her powers at the same time. She moved faster than any of them could even detect, as she disappeared and reappeared a moment later.
And in that single moment, their eyes all widened as they slowly turned, to find Morgan ripping Poseidon's heart out of his chest, as his golden blood poured from the gaping hole over where his heart once was, and golden blood trickled out of the still beating heart that was now held in her hand.
As they stared at Morgan and the heart in her hand their eyes widened in a mixture of horror, and fury. As Zeus's eyes began to glow brightly, lightning slamming against Morgan as the oceans below shook and quivered.
"YOU!" Zeus roared, his weapon slamming against where she was a moment ago, as she reappeared further away, the heart in her hand turning to dust, as did the rest of Poseidon's body. While she had also taken the mans divinity and domain, in order to find someone to hand it out to.
She wasn't sure who to give it to, but she had an idea of giving it to either Serafall or Ingvild, it would be a decision she would be making after she had taken care of the rest of the Gods that attempted to attack her faction.
"I warned you. You didn't answer the question about a single small scale battle in which I'll slaughter you all, or a full scale war in which my people will slaughter all of yours. And since you did not answer me, I'm making the decisions myself" Morgan said with a small scary smile on her face, not caring as she lifted her hand and effortlessly blocked the oncoming "Storm" of energy that was slamming against her from the other Gods that were doing their best to harm her.
They were failing, rather miserably.
It would seem that they had horrifically underestimated just how powerful Morgan truly was. And now they were beginning to realize just how much they had screwed up. Because now they were facing an entity that could slaughter them all...and no matter how hard some of them were trying, they could not teleport away.
Morgan looked the Gods over as she blocked several of their blasts of energy. She was trying to decide what to do with some of them. As she did notice that a few of the gods did not want to be there...at all. It was very clear to her that around 25% of the gods in the area around her were forced to be there by their stronger leaders.
If they had not listened, they would have been killed.
Morgan was thankful for her power over knowledge and learning, as she used it to take a look into who was actually for this war, and who was against it, as it became clear to her that her initial thoughts of it being 25% was too small, and it was closer to 35%.
And as she focused back on the Gods in front of her, who were all but launching towards her, glowing with divine power, Morgan smiled, one thought on her mind as she blurred towards them.
'Let the War of the Gods...begin!'
