The mage didn't reply for a moment, the beads of sweat grew in numbers as his whole body was now totally drenched.

“H…he… I can't! His aura, his mana, his magic is growing. He is growing rapidly, I can't tame him. I can't. He's too…”

Meanwhile, in the shadow realm, Grey smirked as he lifted his hand and made a slashing motion in the air in front of him.

Grey Dawn had none. He was weak, useless, magicless and most importantly… a cripple in terms of magic usage.

Not until an accident where he almost brushed past death.

Summoned by a celestial, the seal placed on his core was shattered and there he was appraised.

Grey found out not only will he wield magic, he would come to become the strongest mage in existence with five affinities.

Confident, he enrolled at Lunaria academy. One of the four great magical academies.

Here, he meets awesome mages, forged bonds and most especially, rivalries.

With his squad, Grey blitzed through enemies… portal breaks, dungeons, bandits, kingdom invasion, he was clearing them all.

But it wasn't enough.

The foe the world was up against were not weak by any means. The Otherworlders!

Destroyers of planets, conquerors of worlds. Beings with destructive powers and backing.

“You really want to know who I am?” Grey demanded, lightning crackling around his hands. 

A sinister smile crept on his face hidden beneath his devilish mask as his glowing eyes narrowed at the man before him.

"I guess I'm strong enough to deal with Level 4 beasts alone," Grey remarked, a satisfied smile playing on his lips.


 She stormed toward Grey, who continued to stride forward with an effortless smirk. 


Behind him, he manipulated the wind to gather the twelve fallen beasts, dragging their heavy carcasses along with him as he moved.


"Why must you always act so high and mighty? You could have simply asked for assistance, and the entire ordeal would have been far easier," Scarlet fumed, her eyes flashing with frustration.


"Are you actually worried about me?" Grey asked playfully.


 Scarlet's face instantly heated up, and she swiftly averted her gaze, turning her head away to hide the sudden color in her cheeks.


"I don't care if you go to hell or not! I simply wouldn't want a capable teammate to die needlessly," Scarlet countered, her voice rising in defense.
