Chapter 206 - Malia's New Pet

Dominion Harmony, now known as Malia, stretched her hands and wings as she let out a soft moan. It had been days since the forests started to bloom once again. In a way, she had enjoyed wandering through the new eternal forests.

The very trees seeped father's light. No matter how much she stood and admired it, she just could not get enough of it.

She wandered through the former chalky wasteland that was a battlefield for her troops. While it was unrecognizable, she knew where she was.

She heard a rustle of leaves. She sensed something extremely powerful. Yet it was not hostile. It reminded her of the elemental that ambushed her forces, yet it was not hostile.

With a flap of the wings, she rose into the air and waited for the entity to emerge.

The low rumble reached her ears, then it grew in intensity. The soft shaking became more violent as the eternal forest was beset by a powerful earthquake.

After a moment, the earth split and from it erupted a mass of tentacles reminiscent of those of the Supreme Chaos that attacked her.

She covered her eyes as the mass of dirt and wood crashed against her. "Great... this will be the second time I have to call big bro to save me." She bit her lip. Unity would not let her live this down.

She stretched her arm forward, yet she waited. It was ill-advised to attack first, especially when the entity was not that of Chaos.

The fleshy tentacles were not dark, but instead seemed to be made of dull gold. It crawled out of the ground and merely stared at her. Its form was as grotesque as it was when it was first seen.

Yet it did not mindlessly attack, but instead it spoke.

"Being of Order, My name is Edjzovg. I was defeated by your kin." It stopped as it awaited for Malia to calm down.

"So you can speak our language? Huh?!" Her brows furrowed.

"Only now, that I have been turned into a Supreme Order, have I attained the ability to speak your orderly language."

"Hah! So you came to beg for forgiveness? Despite almost killing me?" Harmony would not allow the elemental to trick her into lowering her guard. No matter what, she had to be ready.

"I was not created of Chrunus; I am a natural elemental of Chaos. With his death and my new existence as an entity of order, I wish to fight on the side of those who were more powerful than my master." Its voice seemed different. Instead of rumbling and shattering, it was rather meek.

She sighed as she floated down. The elemental was much smaller than before, while massive and eclipsing the trees, it was still nothing compared to its original form.

"How do I know you are willing to be our ally? And keep in mind that if you even attempt to touch me, I am contacting the Architect." Malia frowned as she kept her distance from the less disgusting elemental.

The elemental shuddered, its form shone dull gold, and its tentacles coiled. It felt fear. "All I can offer is my world. We elementals are loyal, and I only have you to turn to."

She closed her eyes as she inhaled sharply, "Do tell me, how did you survive the Architect?"

The silence was deafening; the elemental tried to hide it from her.

"Tell me." She demanded.

"The part of me that was Chaos was eradicated; however, what turned into order by his skill was able to slip into the ground and recuperate, yet I lost my form of Chaos, thus I am being of Order."

With a sigh, Malia approached the elemental. It seemed to speak earnestly, this, like all those who saw the light, she would allow it to prove itself.

'Actually! Adding him to my forces would allow me to get an edge over Unity!' She grinned. This was her chance to prove to be a powerful and competent commander. She would obtain a supreme type elemental that would serve Father's goals.

While to many her competitiveness against her brother was unnecessary, to her, the competition was what bred the success.

"I will allow you to join me; however, what else can you offer Father other than your power? Is there any information that my Father would wish to know? Do not dare hide it."

"I vow that I shall not hide anything from you! Lady... may I ask your name?"

"Malia, but to you I am mistress." She crossed her arms.

"Yes, Mistress Malia."

"Good." The Harmony nodded before she flapped her wings and jumped on top of the grotesque creature.

"Continue going straight ahead. We need to get to the gate. And hopefully Lady Raguel doesn't erase you."

She put her hands behind her neck and lay down as she stared at the new blue sky.

The elemental picked up the speed as they rushed toward the gate. While she was worried Raguel would kill it, she wished to give it a chance.

It took mere moments to arrive at the Gate. It was deserted with only some Angels remaining, after all, Father had fulfilled the mission and had departed.

She pushed herself up and landed in front of her new soldier. Her eyes darted around, yet she could not find any of the Supreme Angels.

'Figures. They are probably doing something much more important.'

No matter what her task was, and how seriously she took it, it was always lesser when compared to the tasks assigned to the Supreme Angels.

The Ruler was in charge of managing the entirety of the Eternal Forests, and Octavia was there to regrow them.

Raguel and Alael served Father directly, a most enviable position, and Redeemer had given salvation to the false gods.

"I am jealous..." She muttered. Yet it did not matter, for Father knew the best.

She adjusted her shoulders as she turned to her new elemental, "I guess we have time until new orders come."
