Evelyn Sinclair no longer had any other desires. George Sinclair's crimson eyes were filled with resentment as he looked at her, and she knew he could not understand why she had acted this way.
Evelyn had nothing to say, waving her hand to signal for her subordinates to take George away.
George's voice was full of anger as he shouted loudly at Evelyn, his painful wails mixed with curses, the sounds interweaving and creating an oppressive atmosphere.
"Evelyn Sinclair, how dare you! I tried to seek justice for you, and this is how you repay me? You even usurped my position, do you deserve to be called a daughter? Have you lived up to my expectations? I really raised you for nothing!"
George's words pierced Evelyn's heart like daggers, and a trace of helplessness flashed in her eyes.
As George was dragged away, passing by the other three Family Heads, they avoided him, fearing being entangled with him.
