After a moment of silence, Evelyn Sinclair walked up to George Sinclair without hesitation.
George Sinclair squinted slightly at her, with confusion on his face, not understanding the situation.
"Evelyn?" George sensed that Evelyn did not intend to rescue him.
Evelyn took a deep breath and calmly said, "Dad, give it up."
She looked at George, her eyes filled with a hint of earnestness and helplessness.
"What are you saying? You're not here to save me?" He looked at Evelyn, frowning.
"Dad, I've come to stop you." Her voice was gentle but resolute.
"Not only that, Dad, I've already sent back all the people you had surrounding this place." Evelyn continued.
She could no longer let George lead everyone into danger.
Upon hearing his daughter's words, George's eyes were filled with anger.
He widened his eyes at Evelyn, seemingly unable to believe his ears.
