The purpose of this is to subtly transform the perceptions of the living beings in the Hometown World towards the "game," turning their inner resistance into proactive engagement, and taking pride in it.

It no longer needs to worry that Bliss Players will quit due to the high intensity of warfare.
But there's one temporarily unsolvable issue with this nearly perfect plan.
The construction of Bliss scenarios shrouding the Hometown World requires a terrifying consumption of energy resources.
This would nearly deplete its own resources.
Adding to this the energy resource expenditure from the constant player deaths and resurrections, it's simply an endless abyss of resource consumption.
Despite both being Bliss scenarios, the scenes in the Paradise Sub-Palace continuously produce energy resources, whereas those in the Hometown World continuously consume resources.
