Mobile merchants—they're basically idols for all the mercenaries.
After listening to Ellis's explanation, Zhou Bai was instantly envious.
This profession is just freaking awesome!
If she had this profession, would there even be anything to worry about for Hope Village's future?
Apparently noticing Zhou Bai's eagerness, Bayle reminded indifferently, "Because mobile merchants are so powerful, that profession has a limit: they have to be eternal free people, they can't become a resident of any territory. If they ever get marked, they'll be rejected—or even hunted—by other territories."
So it's impossible for a Lord to become a mobile merchant.
The existence of the mobile merchant profession is like a bridge connecting all territories—meaning it can never belong to anyone personally.
Zhou Bai listened and immediately dropped all those thoughts.
Compared to wandering everywhere, she preferred staying in one place.
