"It sounds like the plot of a B-rated fantasy film, at least I've never seen the trick of summoning by drawing," Chen Ke spread his hands.
"What's a movie?" little Jack asked.
"It must be something trendy from their era, but Chen Ke, have you really never seen such an Array?" Jacob asked.
"I haven't... Transcendent matters indeed far exceed human comprehension, but I'm not sure about the claim that drawing a circle results in summoning..." Chen Ke didn't completely dismiss Jacob's speculation.
After all, his own understanding of the Transcendent level wasn't particularly deep, what if this world really did have a popular practice of drawing circles to summon demons? He squatted down and carefully examined the pattern on the ground, to see if a popup would appear in his sight.
Unfortunately, there were no popups in his view, and though the circular Array seemed sophisticated, it was merely a pattern drawn with ordinary paint on the ground.
