Our team was surrounded by over 20 former kumo Ronin of Kinkaku Force. Their mission, to kill Tobirama senju, second Hokage of konoha. Some of our teammates suggest setting up an ambush, but we are too outnumbered for that.
My close friend Torifu Akimichi suggest that one of us act as a distraction while others retreat to konoha. As soon as he asked who should act as the decoy, I hurriedly volenteer. I had been waiting for this moment afterall.
Tobirama sensei is impressed and tells us that he will act as the decoy and that I, Kagami uchiha will be the next Hokage of konoha. He asks us to leave as he will act as distraction.
I look towards Hiruzen and say " Hiruzen, as the next Hokage I bid you to retreat to konoha with rest of the team, if i don't make it back alive, you are the next Hokage. Danzo , stay with me and Sensei and provide cover"
Tobirama sensei is amused as he says " my last act as Hokage was to choose a successor, your first act is to choose a successor, young generation is meant to surpass the old one. Kagami, go with the rest, I'll handle it here."
I interrupt him and say " Sensei, if I was confident to act as decoy by myself, I'm confident that with your support, we can actually overcome this challenge. I'm staying because as your Hokage, I forbid you to die here, you are amongst last of our legends. "
I continue " For future of the village, I'm sending Hiruzen and his team back, but I have a stealth and illusion tactic in mind that might allow us to overcome this enemy" . I emphasise when I say ' illusion ' by activating my 3 tome Sharingan.
After hearing this, Hiruzen and the rest are more at ease leaving us behind, considering danzo and I are the most stealthy of our kind. Me with my Sharingan illusions and danzo with his invisible wind jutsus. They understood that rest of the team was too reliant on flashy or loud techniques to disrupt my tactic.
We decided on an ambush spot and used sensei as the bait, while Me and Danzo hid among the foliage. As soon as Tobirama sensei made contact with the enemy, I cast a summoning jutsu, alerting the enemy team to my location.
My summoning jutsu brings out 10 pitch black cats. Cats are Allied summons of uchiha clan, but it is upto each member of the clan to establish their own relations and contracts with each individual cat. Only the head of the clan has access to the scroll that allows access to summoning the cat clan patriarch and his main branch.
All of my summons are from distant branch family of the orignal cat clan. The main branch has cats that are so big that they can be ridden like horses, but my cats are the runts of the runts.
One of the summon named Kitty is size of a kitten. It is completely black, including its eyes and inside of its mouth and ears. It even bleeds black. This is because of cosmetic procedures like tattooing and a special pigment that I add to its diet.
Kitty is special among my summons since it can talk like human. It can even actively cast and manipulate genjutsu .
Rest of the 9 cats are also black as if tattooed so, but their eyes and inside of their mouths are normal coloured. I collectively call them 9 lives incarnation. They have been trained as my loyal tools as cat shinobi that they are.
They all have a seal tattooed on their for head. The tatto is usually invisible, but when activated, it looks like 3 red comas on its black fur , like an inverted 3 tome Sharingan.
This seal and my cat summons and some added medical knowledge signifies my impact as a reincarnation in this world yet. Rest of my strengths and weaknesses are similar to orignal Kagami, but these are my added accomplishments, specifically planned to help me in my current situation.
All my cats activate their seal on their forehead, initiating Genjutsu : Paranoia. It is a specific genjutsu that requires Sharingan. My cats can only cast it because I've painstakingly stored it in the seal in their forehead using my own Sharingan.
Unlike other genjutsu, this one cannot be disrupted by pain, since it uses pain as stimulus. This genjutsu reduces the target's sensing abilities, making it easier for others to sneak around them. If a teammate causes friendly fire, the stimulus will make the target think that it has been attacked by enemy and will see it's friend as enemy.
Danzo is particularly good for this situation since he can send invisible wind jutsus from odd angles , making the enemy think that they are being attacked by their teammates. Under the effect of this illusion, they will look at their teammates as if they were konoh's team.
I send kitty to stay with Tobirama sensei and coordinate with him, while my other cats hide and try to catch anyone they can into the genjutsu.
The enemy that are attracted by my use of summoning are all caught under the cats genjutsu and danzo's manipulations. They soon start killing each other, thinking that they are killing konoha shinobi, while danzo , me and my cats remain hidden.
As soon as enemy start falling down , some of my cats pair up and start eating their corpses. During my time in this world, I've practised and learnt rasengan, but also taught a version of it to my cats by putting them under Sharingan control.
As soon as they bite a piece, they call upon a water style rasengan made of their saliva in their mouth and grind out whatever is in their mouth into a paste, no need for chewing. The paste is rich in chakra due to water rasengan, and it's chakra is recovered during digestion, making water rasengan very deadly, and cost effective technique for them.
They usually wait till an enemy is dead before pounding on them, but sometimes, are able to kill some mortality wounded ones as well.
I myself stayed hidden, but caught Kinkaku and Ginkaku in my Sharingan genjutsu. They both have some of kyubi's chakra, making them almost immune to most other forms of genjutsu. But this also makes them more vulnerable to my Sharingan due to their overconfidence against genjutsu.
I make them think that their teammates are water clones of Tobirama sensei, and whenever he kills one , the blood that splashes on them is just water from water clones dispersing.
Kitty is riding on Tobirama sensei's shoulder as he weaves in and out of combat, putting enemy against each other. Under Kitty's request, Tobirama sensei was able to cut of Ginkaku's fingers and collect them, getting in and out of combat with his flying thunder god.
Tobirama sensei deposited Ginkaku's fingers and kitty to me as he went back to distracting the enemy into killing each other.
I sit down in meditative pose as kitty sits in my lap and starts eating Ginkaku's fingers one by one. Due to its toxic nature, she deployed the use of saliva based water rasengan as well as lightning imbued teeth to subdue the kyubi's chakra before consuming it.
Kitty is my only summon who can use both water rasengan and lightning fang jutsus, making her the only one who can eat Kinkaku and Ginkaku's toxic flesh.
While it is digesting the flesh and chakra, I myself meditate on kyubi's chakra in my summon, trying to observe it and absorb some of it.
By the time kitty has eaten all 4 of the fingers, I was familiar enough with kyubi chakra and entered the next phase of the illusion.
I renewe my illusion on Kinkaku and Ginkaku. They now see two copies of their brother each. Kinkaku sees 2 Ginkaku and Ginkaku sees 2 Kinkaku. They think the extra brother they both see is Tobirama sensei.
I couldn't do this before, because the brothers were too familiar with each other's chakra, making them know if they other person is illusion of they have different chakra.
But after observing and absorbing a bit of kyubi's chakra from them, I can make them think that Tobirama sensei also has the same common chakra.
By now, rest of the enemy are already in my cats belly, thus my involvement has only turned this phase of the fight from a 2 vs 1 to a 3 way fight. Tobirama sensei is able to use my illusion to his advantage and is able to kill both the enemies.
All of us are extremely tired after the fight, so we decide to take a short rest as my cats eat rest of the enemy corpses.
Only kitty can eat the toxic flesh of Kinkaku and Ginkaku, but even she struggled to keep her sanity in check under the aggressive influence of kyubi's chakra. I help her digest it better using some medical jutsus and use my Sharingan to keep her sanity in check.
Tobirama sensei and Danzo are very impressed my me and my cats. We have come out victorious from an impossible situation. Danzo was always hidden throughout the fight, so he asked me why our other teammates couldn't participate in this fight.
I tell him that none of them is as stealthy as Me and him, and that they would have attracted attention though their actions, just as Tobirama sensei drew their attention. If Kinkaku or Ginkaku attacked them as collateral, they would not have survived.
I dismiss rest of my 9 summoned cats , keeping only kitty around to observe any changes brought by it eating Kinkaku and Ginkaku's flesh.
By the time we are rested, kitty has eaten Ginkaku whole, while Tobirama sensei wraps up Kinkaku's body for his research. We then make our way back to konoha , trying to stay hidden.
Anyone who stumbles upon our battlefield, they would only see empty and torn clothes of kumo shinobi, their flesh already eaten by my cats.
