Two hours later, George left Kamar-Taj with a Sling Ring personally crafted by the Ancient One.

The portal spell wasn't particularly advanced magic. In fact, it was the very first spell any new sorcerer at Kamar-Taj would learn.

Those with exceptional talent could often use it immediately after obtaining the ring.

With the magic potential of countless merged clones stacked together, plus George's own mastery—already rivaling that of the Ancient One—it didn't take him long to fully master it.

He stayed for two hours mainly because the Ancient One explained in detail the precautions needed when using portals for multiversal travel.

Having frequently performed astral projection to travel across the multiverse, the Ancient One had a wealth of experience in the matter.

Although the portal spell was a basic Kamar-Taj technique, its effectiveness varied depending on the sorcerer's strength.

Generally, the stronger the sorcerer, the farther the portal could reach. Top-tier sorcerers could open portals between planets or even star systems.

Someone like the Ancient One could open portals to other universes with relative ease.

With George's current strength, and using this magic granted by the Trinity of Vishanti, he could now also traverse universes through portals.

But there was a condition: he needed a precise spatial coordinate to lock onto.

For example, since George lived in his current universe, he could easily sense its coordinates even after visiting the Void and open a portal back.

However, if George had never visited another universe before, he wouldn't be able to open a portal to it.

That said, it wasn't an absolute limitation. If someone from another universe arrived, George could use them as a reference point to locate the coordinates of their home universe.

This would allow him to open a portal directly to that universe.

"What a convenient magic... I wonder when I'll be able to freely travel through the multiverse on my own.

I suppose I'll need to reach at least multiversal level strength!"

Returning to his room on the floating island, George couldn't help but sigh inwardly.

Although he had learned the portal spell and could now traverse universes, he wasn't doing it purely through his own strength.

He was still relying on the power of the Vishanti.

Without their aid, his own understanding of spatial magic wouldn't be enough to break through the barriers between universes.

And when he thought about how he wanted to travel across the entire Marvel universe and enter other worlds to meet his alternate selves—it all seemed like an incredibly difficult task.

All he could say was: "The revolution is far from complete. My comrades and I still have work to do!"

"Looking at it that way... the Void might actually be a good place to start."

George picked up the metal rod and activated the switch, giving himself a jolt.

His original plan had been to enter the Void, rescue Wolverine, and then try to acquire some device from the Time Variance Authority (TVA) that would allow him to travel between universes.

That way, if the need arose in the future, he could explore other universes at will.

But now, it seemed unnecessary. The Void contained many characters from various universes.

By interacting with them, he could naturally determine the coordinates of their home universes.

He could then use portals to visit each universe one by one.

As long as he had visited a universe once, he could remember its coordinates.

Then, no matter where he was, he could open a portal and go there again whenever he wished.

As the pruning baton struck him, George instantly vanished from his current universe and reappeared in what looked like a post-apocalyptic wasteland.

"Staying here isn't entirely a bad thing. At the very least, I can live forever."

Sensing the laws of this place, George realized that, at the end of time, there was no erosion caused by the passage of time.

As long as one didn't get devoured by Alioth, they theoretically wouldn't age or die.

It was a form of immortality—of sorts.

"Let's find Wolverine first."

With a wave of his hand, George cast a locator spell and flew along the golden directional trail.

Unlike the TVA headquarters nestled within the time stream, the Void didn't suppress magic—spells worked here just fine.

In fact, George could even use magic within the TVA.

The reason magic didn't work inside the TVA wasn't because all energy was suppressed—after all, technology like electricity still functioned.

Mutants like Deadpool, for example, would lose their healing factor the moment they entered the TVA, turning back into weak cancer patients.

Magic couldn't be used inside the TVA because it severed all connections to the dimensional entities of each universe.

Loki's magic drew power from Yggdrasil, while Doctor Strange's came from the Vishanti and other interdimensional gods.

So when such sorcerers entered the TVA, they would instantly become powerless.

Similarly, the six Infinity Stones only worked in the universe they originated from.

Once outside that universe, they became nothing more than decorative gems.

But George was different. His power came from himself.

Most of the mana he used in spells was generated by his own body.

Even without magic, he could still physically overpower the TVA's forces with sheer strength.

Of course, he wouldn't actually do that.

He wasn't afraid of the TVA—but he wasn't ready to mess with the god of stories, Loki, who stood behind it.

"Found them!"

Racing through the desolate land—past broken helicarriers, wrecked warships, and a bizarre assortment of ruins—George finally spotted Wolverine and Deadpool near a cluster of pyramids.

The two were tied up, facing each other inside a cage.

Beside them was someone who looked exactly like Captain America—but was actually the Human Torch.

"This tree was planted by me, this road was built by me! If you want to pass, leave behind a toll!"

In a flash, George appeared in front of the convoy and shouted, halting them with his booming voice.

Wolverine, still arguing with Deadpool, let out a breath of relief when he saw George.

"The principal's here. We're saved!"

"Principal? What principal? Isn't the principal that bald professor? This guy looks young and nothing like him.

Is he an Avenger? Doesn't seem like it either. You sure he can save us? He doesn't even look that strong."

Deadpool twisted his neck 180 degrees—snapping it in the process—to get a better look.

But once he saw George's face clearly, he couldn't help but start with his usual snark.

"Wade, I swear I'm going to decapitate you again just so you'll shut that damn mouth of yours.

If it weren't for you, I'd be in class teaching my students right now!"

Wolverine slammed his forehead into the back of Deadpool's head, finally silencing him.

Meanwhile, the Human Torch—his hands bound, sitting on the other side of the cage—shook his head.

"Don't get your hopes up. No matter who shows up here, they either become food for Alioth… or slaves for Cassandra."
