Ryan Wakes up in a hospital. That's when he sees someone or something crawling around the wall. He panics. He screams. But no one is there to help him. He was all alone. Then, he hears someone scream. He tries to get up. He did it. he followed the scream. It was him trying to kill Jessica. he was reliving the murder of his wife. He did all he could to stop the knife. He did it. He stopped the knife. Jessica was alive. Then, he woke up.
