So yes, he knows Jessica has been going through a tough time. So he surprises her with gifts like promise rings, her favorite foods, and more. Even after everything he does for Jessica, it's like she never gets over Ryan. Meanwhile, Ryan is watching Jessica and Noah have a great time, and he's happy for them. Someone says in a deep voice, "you are still spying on her and Noah? You've been doing this ever since you got accepted into the afterlife". It was Klye. another person who got accepted into heaven.
