"Her skill is blank. If I add one into it, it's most likely to create an innate ability instead of a normal skill. I don't think it's possible, Qilin," explained Nathan. They had only 20 seconds left, so he thought it would be impossible.
"If that's the case, then let's not do it." Qilin shook his head. The innate ability might only appear once someone died, so there was no way for him to do it.
If they tried to push it, some harm might come to his summoner. Hence, Qilin chose to back out.
"No, wait…" Nathan thought of something.
"Summoner. Don't risk it."
"No. I have thought about something." Nathan almost forgot about this. Evelyn was supposed to die in this scenario. Or at least, the contract had died for her, so there should be an innate ability in it.
Then, the reason she didn't have one might be that she didn't accumulate karma to awaken her innate ability.
