( Author's Note : Hello guys I hope you are all doing well and having a good life . So in this chapter I am going to talk some information about the third great shinobi war . But as you all know that the information about the first three great shinobi wars are scarce and even the third great shinobi war which by far we have most information about ( not including the forth great shinobi war ) is full of many unexplained things . So in order to counteract this problem I will be using the data I have been able gather through my personal research to fill in those gaps . So if you find any mistakes on this part please forgive me and I would love to have your opinion on the these matter as well . So if you have any relevant information please share it with me along with the source of your information . This will help me to research a wide range of things with ease which in turn will make my writings more detailed and enjoyable in the future .

Chapter : 4 : First Special Quest :
Inside a bar we can see a man seating on a wooden chair with all his facial expressions hidden behind a strange demonic mask and full body armour .
He was non other than Leng Luo the main character of this story .
After entering the town Leng Luo faced a combined attack from the remaining 8 low genin level shinobis who were trying to buy time for rest of their comrades to retreat and report the incident to the higher ups .
But due to the huge strength gap they couldn't even get close to Leng Luo before dieing unceremoniosly .
And as for the remaining two genins he didn't care if they escaped or not . Infact it was a good thing that they did so that they can do free advertising for him .
After that there was no more trouble .
The mayor of the town had already fled with his family and as for the citizens they decided to hide in their houses and not to bother with strong people's business .
So Leng Luo decided to enter a local bar and ordered everyone to leave .
After everyone left and he was alone in the room Leng Luo sat on a wooden chair and opened his system status page .

( Author's Note : So guys I want to tell you that from this chapter onwards I will not write about the skills that has reached 100 percent mastery if unless it's really an important skill to note . As such masteries like basic sinbon throwing , shuriken throwing , etc . won't be added unless I feel like doing so . )
After thoroughly reading the information on the system panel Leng Luo nodded in satisfaction .
Since the he left the forest he had not stopped training to improve his abilities so the improvement was within his expectations . Infact within the days of his travel he fought and eliminated 3 more gangs of robbers who by mistake took him as strange clown passing by .
But this was not a concern for Leng Luo who effortlessly destroyed them and earned himself some more system points to gain buy the Henge no jutsu / transformation technique .
But what he was more happy about was the system points he gained these time after killing off these hidden leaf's shinobis .
With a total of 3000 system points ( some he already has from the start ) he was confused as to what to do with it .
' Should I buy some more jutsus from the System Shop or save it for later . ' - he thought to himself .
After thinking for a while he decided to save 500 system points for the future and buy something from the system with the remaining 3,000 system points and if he doesn't find anything good he will save it for later .
' Open the System Shop . '
After giving the mental command a new page opened up infront of his eyes .
While going through the list of things currently available Leng Luo found many D , C and B level ninjutsu which could be useful for him .
" Wait what is this ? "
But while searching through the list of items something cought Leng Luo's attention .

Skill : Hyuga's Gentle Fist Style : Cost 2000 system points .

Seeing this Leng Luo's eyes shought with excitement but deemed the very next second .
The gentle fist style of the Hyuga's is considered one of the best taijutsu style in the Naruto world and is deadly effective .
But this style is inherently related to the strong abilities of the Byakugan also known as the All Seeing White Eyes , which is an unique kekkei genkai dojutsu most often associated with the Hyuga clan .
Although it is possible for Leng Luo to perform the gentle fist without any Byakugan with the help of his Kaiou Kaku template who as an expert in Chinese and different martial arts knows different weak points of a human body especially after infusioning it with the knowledge of chakra and how chakra flows .
But still it is not enough to guarantee mastery over the gentle fist style without the Byakugan .
" Sigh ! Just my luck . Well let's see if there is anything else . " - after contemplating for a while Leng Luo decided not to buy the gentle fist style and decided to move on .
After searching for a while Leng Luo decided to bi two things from the System .
First was Suiton : Daikakufu no jutsu / Water Release : Great Waterfall Technique for a 1000 system points . It's a water release A - rank jutsu and also the first A rank jutsu in Leng Luo's arsenal and by all means is a powerful jutsu to have on the battlefield .
And the second thing he chose was a chakra blade katana of great quality for another 1000 system points .
Right now he couldn't use the gravity blade with much proficiency . Hence , using a weaker but more easy to use blade would be better when on battlefield of life and death atleast before increasing his proficiency with the gravity blade .
' But I need to train more vigoursly now especially since I have attracted the attention of the Konoha shinobis on myself . Especially after killing these many shinobis of their own village . '
' And if Konohagakure no pays me more attention than it wouldn't be long before the major villages learn about it and the way luck goes for otherworlders like me I am more than inclined to bleave that it won't let be long before I meet some main characters of the story . '
After closing the System Shop Leng Luo summerised the events that happened today and what implications it would bring him .
It's was clear by now that after today's incident he wouldn't be a nameless character anymore . Although it is unsure as to how much attention any major shinobi village can give to an single man during a time of war but from now on he will definitely would become a major factor in the main storyline .
But his strength is not enough to handle any big threats .
Right now his strength can barely rich the tokubetsu special jonin level where as his chakra reserves are equal to a high chunin level strength . So without relying on the cheat abilities of his character templates and system he has no hope of defeating anyone of elite jonin and upper level of strength .
" Well I guess it's better for me to go back to the forest and start the grind again but first I need to gather more information about the current shinobi world . " - with this Leng Luo made a decision when the front gate of the bar opened and a man in his twenties came looking visibly nervous and somewhat frightened .
" My lord here is the information you requested . "
These man was actually an office worker in the mayor's office who was tasked by Leng Luo to go and bring all the available information about the current shinobi world affairs from the mayor's office .
Ofcourse as an ordinary civilian this man didn't dare to object and complied with Leng Luo's wishes .
" You can go now and inform the people of the town to stay away from the bar for the time being and apart from that they can resume their usual activities without any fear . " - after taking the scroll he ordered the shaking man who immediately thanked Leng Luo for his mercy then turned around and left the place in a hurry .
Seeing this Leng Luo sighed inwardly and thought to himself - ' Am I really that scarry ' .
Sence he entered the town all the citizens of the town had gone into hiding not daring to come out of their house's safety .
Leng Luo had no intention to cause any trouble to this ordinary civilians after all he was not a heartless person but alas these people who lived on the mercy of the feudal lords and strong individuals like shinobis were to sensitive to trouble .
However at this moment another person entered the room through the window and say next to Leng Luo which looked very strange if it were done by any other citizens of the town infact some may even say that the person was seaking death .
But it was not a ordinary civilian or any other shinobi but Leng Luo's shadow clone .
Obviously he wouldn't entrust something like gathering information entirety to an outsider . So he created a shadow clone and had it look for important things like information , money , scrolls , etc .
After scanning through the items he found 5 jutsu scrolls with two C rank jutsus in it . Then there were multiple kunais , shurikens , etc . He also emptied the money and rare looking items from the town lords house which he couldn't take due to his hurried escape .
However these things were of secondery concern to him and the real deal was the information obtained from the scrolls .
Then he quickly took a good look at the information and his expression became tense under his mask .
" Sigh ! " - After half an hour of going through the entire information he stopped reading the scroll and released a heavy sigh .
Although he had not completely analysed all the information he had gotten at least a strong idea of the current situation of the shinobi world and the news was not very good or bad for him .
Right now he was in middle of the Daisanji Ninkai Taisen / Third Shinobi World War also known as The Third Great Ninja War .
And according to the information full scale battles between Iwagakure no Sato and Konohagakure no Sato had already erupted in full force with both sides fighting with each other in bloody conflicts in the Kusagakure and surrounding areas .
Infact from the information he obtained from the town lords house stated Iwagakure no Sato is already launching some infiltration parties deep inside Hi no Kuni / Land of Fire to destrupt the Konohagakure no Sato's supply chain . And the reason that so many shinobis were present in this previously unimportant town is that it is near an important supply route of Konoha shinobis .
And as for the other villages they were not in piece either .
Currently Konohagakure no Sato is fighting on three major fronts . Firstly they are fighting against Iwagakure no Sato in Kusagakure . Then against Kumogakure no Sato / Hidden Cloud Village ( literally meaning Village hidden by Clouds ) . And finally against Kirigakure no Sato / Village Hidden in the Mist ( literally meaning Village hidden by Mist ) which to many people is also known as the Chigiri no Sato / Village of the Bloody Mist .
As for Sunagakure no Sato there situation seems to be a bit complicated at the moment as they were fighting against both Kumogakure no Sato and Iwagakure no Sato leaving no room to fight against Konohagakure no Sato .
Iwagakure no Sato who just like Konohagakure no Sato were one of the most agressive forces in the war was fighting against Konohagakure no Sato , Kumogakure no Sato and Sunagakure no Sato . But among these the war against Konohagakure no Sato in Kusagakure and it's surrounding areas was the most bloodiest and their main focus point .
Kumogakure no Sato on the other hand was also fighting three villages while the Kirigakure no Sato is also involved in the war .
After shorting out the important informations Leng Luo's eyes became even more serious .
To him this situation presents both risks and opportunities .
Being in a war like situation of means that will most likely to be involved in fighting against with fighting with multiple strong opponents and with his strength it may be possible to keep himself safe all the time . But this also means that he will have more opportunities to fight and improve his skills on the real battlefield and tempered by blood and fire .
' I really need grind more and at least max one of my template and move on to another one as soon as possible . ' - right now Leng Luo was truly pondering weather his decision to stay in the forest to train for only 6 months was right or too hasty .
But just as he was pondering he his senses picked up 6 chara signatures coming his way .
Two of them were the genins who had previously escaped or to be more precise allowed to escape .
The other four people however were different one of them had a solid high chunin level shinobi while the other two were most likely high genin level shinobis .
But the last person was the one that cought his most attention .
His chakra was dominating and was like a little sun radiation an entirely different glow around him . His chakra level was above high jonin level and most likely has reached the threshold of the famed kage level .
That means this person is a true elite .
And even the thought of facing a true elite made him shiver internally but not with fear no but with excitement .
Leng Luo can almost feel that his character templates were eager to fight a bloody battle .
But despite his strong desires to fight Leng Luo's rational thinking stopped him from facing a strong opponent who is most likely on kage level .
But just as he was about to leave the building a system notification came in .

Special Quest Alert : Overpower Minato Namikaze in a short confrontation : Time limit : 2 - 5 minutes .

" What ? " - seeing the system task infront of him Leng Luo couldn't help but exclaimed loudly .
First of all this was the first time he received a Special Quest and l the name it self explains it is different from the normal quests with more risks and more rewards .
Secondly was the task itself .
For any Naruto fan or anime fan the name Minato Namikaze held a significant weight and his power and ginius needs no explaination .
And if Minato is coming then the other three chakra signatures must be Rin Nohara , Obito Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake of team Minato .
After this a brief moment of silence feel in the room but was once again broken by a small laughter from Leng Luo whose eyes suddenly showed an unprecedented amount of enthusiasm in them that had never appeared since his fateful trasfer in this world .
" Well then Minato Namikaze let's see how strong of a genius you truly are . "
