Qiao Yutong's colleagues had been here for half an hour, and seeing that though Qiao Yutong couldn't get out of bed, she evidently was in good spirits, they stopped worrying. They comforted her to rest well and that she must recuperate fully before she could rejoin the team.
Finally, after sending these people away, Qiao Yutong took a long breath of relief. Sitting by the bed, Song Xiaodong chuckled, "Why do you look so uncomfortable?" Qiao Yutong rolled her eyes and said, "Nonsense. You try lying in bed motionless and letting others gawk at you. It really made me feel like they were viewing my remains."
"Pfft!" Song Xiaodong burst into laughter and said, "If people were to view remains and saw someone with big rolling eyes lying on the bed, that would scare the daylights out of them."
