Chapter 12): B-Class Draw

Joe didn't want to deal with the whole Ellie thing, so he rushed out of there after and embarrassed Delilah got out of the car, his tires screeched as he took off. He made a break for a place where he knew that Will would eat from, he knew that he would be manic when he got back so he would crush some in his food.
After buying the food and dropping it off to Will who was having an episode Joe left, he was out to hunt tonight so that he could find someone else for the game. He already had one person, who was Jasper as the man cut his finger off so there was no way that Joe was going to allow him to get away with it at all.
Driving around he decided to use his pull from the system, he was just hunting for prey anyway so there were no distractions for him. After driving around for a while he was back at his apartment typing away on his laptop, he couldn't find anyone on the streets.
So, he was doing the next best thing, he was going to go ahead and hack into the dark web and go after people that are close in the area, or maybe a state over. He wasn't really picky and knew that he would need to pick people from all over, if he kept doing it in a single area people would catch on quick.
While he was at it, he also went ahead and bought a warehouse that was in a secluded district, he was going to use the knowledge of John Kramer to make some toys for his games. Since he got all of his knowledge, he was able to make anything that he could think of, plus things from the movie.
He would just need to get the supplies for it, maybe he should take on an apprentice like John did, even if the whole thing was layer after layer of reveals.
Getting back to the system he called out 'System, go ahead and do the B-Class draw please.'
Again, the lights were brighter than the last time he did it, making it confirmed that the higher the ranking the more colorful it would be. Finally, a purple ball of light appeared in front of him, and he wasted no time reaching out and touching it.

Joe was awed as a flood of information went into his head, Neal Caffery was someone who was a master con-artist, the man knew how to get out of sticky situations. He also had a vast knowledge of art, bonds and basically anything that was high class since it was his main targets.
Tapping away at the computer Joe thought about how this could help him in the long run, but then again, the mind of John Kramer wasn't something he really needed but got. So maybe when he was free, he could just go ahead and steal too, he was already kind of killing people so it wasn't as if he could be doing anything worse.
He did wonder though why he was getting things that was essentially related to villains though, while John and Neal didn't see themselves as such it didn't mean their actions weren't. Not that he cared about right or wrong, he wasn't someone who cared about the judgement of others.
While he was looking for other people to play in his game Joe ended up finding three others, he just needed to stalk them a little to get some more information than he would choose then or not. He also had an extra back up three that he would be using.
He was also going to put Hendy in a game, but he was going to give the man a chance to show he was different, who knew maybe this world was different than the show. He wasn't so sure about that though seeing as everything else was the same, the guy didn't leave a digital footprint though so he would need to personally go check.
*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*
"Joe? Are you still awake?" Love's voice sounded from the other side of the door causing him to look up.
He did remember that she came over in the show, but that was because she didn't feel secure when it came to her relationship with Joe. He was hoping that he had changed that this time, he didn't want to mess this up with her after all.
Standing he went and opened the door, and she walked right in without waiting for an invite, "Is your finger better now?" She asked as she looked down at his hand.
He still had not talked to Jasper, so the man was still holding on to his finger, he planned to get it back tomorrow while also making sure that Jasper was going to be a part of the upcoming game. "Yeah, just healing. I have an appointment tomorrow with the doctor."
"Good. Oh, here is your card." She said while handing him over the card he had given her earlier in the day, he had forgotten about that.
"So, did lunch go well?" He asked with a smile while taking a seat at the counter.
"Yeah, it was great. I can't wait for you to officially meet the." Love said with a smile, but she was biting her lip as if she was worried about something.
"Is something wrong?" He asked while taking her hand as she was sitting close to him.
"Look Joe, I didn't want to hide it from you, but I don't think we should hide anything from one another, so I am just going to go ahead and say it."
Joe controlled his facial expression, 'Was this the moment? Are you finally going to show me the real you Love? Are we at that stage in our relationship where we can finally tell one another our secrets, because I am dying to tell you mine.'
Joe unconsciously went to speak to himself in his mind his inner Joe coming out.
"So, I don't just work at Anavrin and Forty isn't my boss. He is actually my brother, and my parents own the place. I am part of the Quinn family, and yes I mean the ones with all the money." She said in one breath while watching him closely.
Joe of course already knew this, but he didn't let anything show on his face, "You know, I thought this was going to be a more serious conversation. I didn't think that you were going to say something like that, but from your tone before you said it, I expected...more."
Love looked at him with a raised brow and an amused expression, "That's all. I reveal to you about my family background and that is all you have to say?"
"How am I supposed to react? I mean, sure your family has done some things and are rich, but I don't care about any of that, I like you for you. To me you are just still Love." He said with a smile while bringing her in close and hugging her, she didn't even hesitate as she returned the hug.
