Chapter 4295 - 4295

Chapter 4295: Settling the Cause and Effect

One after another, the Heavenly Void Palaces collapsed along with the Heavenly Void Land, and all divine beasts within were reduced to nothingness.

Their power had come from the Heavenly Void Land; now it returned to it. What was taken from there was given back such was the law of cause and effect.

In the end, even the First Generation Heavenly Void Palace shattered, leaving only the statue of the Heavenly Void Son and Lin Moyu.

From all the power released by the collapse, the Heavenly Void Son gathered it into his hand, condensing it into a Domain Seed.

Lin Moyu had heard about this Domain Seed from the Heavenly Void Son's earlier information, but this was the first time he had seen one with his own eyes.

It was the size of a fist, strangely shaped, and within it was power beyond imagining.

The Heavenly Void Son said, "This was left to you by the Lord. But with your current strength, you cannot yet evolve it.

"When you reach perfection in the Chaos Realm, evolve it then. With the power of a domain behind you, the results will be far better.

"I too should be going now. I wish you success!"

After he spoke, the space behind the statue shattered.

Beyond that broken space, Lin Moyu could faintly see a vast domain.

The Heavenly Void Son stepped into the void and vanished.

"This is the Heavenly Void Son's domain!"

Strands of domain aura seeped through the broken void. Even so attenuated, Lin Moyu could feel its might. As a perfection‑level Chaos Realm powerhouse, the Heavenly Void Son's domain was incomparably strong compared to it, the Five Domain World and the Vast World were nothing.

When the void closed, that feeling was branded deep into Lin Moyu's heart.

He clearly felt the unimaginable gulf between them no wonder the Heavenly Void Son had the confidence to contend for a Supreme seat.

In all the chaos, there were nine Supreme seats. Though the Catastrophic Supreme had been dead for countless years, his seat remained unchallenged.

It wasn't that no one wanted it but no one dared, or could.

With the green‑ and white‑robed Supremes guarding it, to fight for it meant death.

That seat hung empty, waiting for the Supreme's plan to come to fruition, for someone to inherit his will and ascend.

If their great design succeeded, another seat would open, and only then would others have their chance.

The Heavenly Void Son was waiting for that time.

Lin Moyu was certain this too was part of the Catastrophic Supreme's arrangement and the Heavenly Void Son's blind loyalty meant he would patiently strive for it across endless years.

"It seems time truly means nothing to a Heaven‑Earth Supreme," Lin Moyu sighed.

He took the Domain Seed into his hand and with it came a rush of information into his soul.

The message told him of its origin. The Domain Seed was a product of chaos, not something that could be forged. They were incredibly rare, sought by uncounted Chaos Realm beings.

Moreover, Domain Seeds varied widely; some evolved into incomparably strong domains, others into such weak ones they weren't worth the effort better to just find an existing domain.

Some Supremes had asserted that certain domains in the chaos had indeed been born of such seeds.

The difference was that some had been evolved deliberately by wielders, while others had been nurtured naturally by chaos through seeds.

In ages past, the Catastrophic Supreme had traversed all chaos to find a supremely excellent Domain Seed.

Yet he hadn't evolved it instead, using the Domain Gem in the Catastrophic Scepter, he modified it.

He shattered and refined several domains, merging their domain power into the seed until it was utterly satiated.

This could only be done with the aid of the Domain Gem no one else would dare to imagine such a thing.

Thus it became the finest of the fine; with it, the Heavenly Void Son had created the Heavenly Void Land and evolved domains through successive generations.

Now it had come into Lin Moyu's hands. He could use it to evolve the current Heavenly Void World anew, with each world existing independently and in the end, all belonging to him.

From this, Lin Moyu saw another fact to feed the seed, the Catastrophic Supreme had personally destroyed several domains.

The number of living beings that had perished… "slaughter" was far too mild a word.

The karmic burden from such an act was absurd but the Supreme didn't care.

Such was a Supreme seeing domain beings as ants; the karma of ants did not matter at all.

For their purposes, Supremes would stop at nothing.

If slaughtering the chaos entire could advance them further, they would not hesitate.

Stowing the seed, Lin Moyu prepared to leave the now‑ruined Heavenly Void Land.

But just as he was about to go, he spotted a faint glimmer in the void a light surrounding a shred of remnant soul, flying toward him.

A familiarity stirred. It was the Kunlun Emperor.

He hadn't perished a fragment of his soul had escaped the Heavenly Void Tower, but couldn't leave this place. Now that it had collapsed, he had emerged, instinctively flying toward the Ferry.

After all, the Emperor had possessed it for years some bond remained.

"Well, since fate brings you here," Lin Moyu smiled, "I'll help you once."

With a wave, he pulled the remnant soul in.

It was unconscious, driven only by instinct.

He guided the Ferry back to the base of the Yellow Springs, where the Old Whale was still cowering.

With a touch, the entrance to the Heavenly Void Land vanished. "You'll guard the Yellow Springs from now on."

"Yes, my lord!" the whale answered quickly.

Lin Moyu went to the Beast Abyss's cycle of reincarnation. Since merging with the Reincarnation Hell, the Abyss's system had changed now fiery rivers flowed there.

All beings had to pass through this baptism by fire to enter the cycle.

He tossed the Kunlun Emperor's remnant into the flames. "Your karmic burden is heavy. This domain will decide your reincarnation."

He could have intervened but chose not to. The domain's rules would weave his fate: leaving it to heaven's will.

He could save the Emperor but did not want to.

When that was done, in a thought he appeared before the Redstone Emperor, explaining what had happened. Though shocked, Redstone didn't object he knew who Lin Moyu was, and would not bring trouble upon himself.

Finally, Lin Moyu came to the Discernment Beast's island.

Seeing him, the beast said respectfully, "Greetings, Domain Lord."

"You're too polite," Lin Moyu smiled. "Let's just call each other 'fellow daoists.' I came to discuss the Lingmiao Domain with you."

"Speak, I'll listen," the beast replied.

"At present I've entered the chaos," Lin Moyu said, "but I still lack the strength to completely sever your bond with the Lingmiao Domain. I can, however, alter its rules as much as possible.

"If you want to enter the chaos first, you can go."
