Griselda's POV
The cold stone of the hallway is a relief against my flushed skin, the heat and energy still rushes through me and I feel overwhelmed.
I walk, but I don't know where I'm going, but I still go ahead. My heart beats frantically like a drum in my chest. The image of Alina's blood spilling onto the marble floor is ingrained on my mind. The feel of Valerine's throat is still in my hands which is wierd because I didn't touch her physically.
I see red, and I don't mean the blood. It's the rage and the power. It feels so good. That's the terrifying part. It felt so good to see the fear in Valerine's eyes and her eyes darting in a silent plea. It felt good to take control, to show them what a Gilmorsh can do. I'm terrified with my feelings.
