While Aria's group was doing their best to get the deal, the Pyra Empire assigned the other women to their locations in search of the metallic figures.
"Hmm… so far I don't see anyone," Sera said, her voice carrying quiet frustration as her eyes traced the edges of the shimmering barrier. She scanned slowly, unwilling to miss even the smallest disturbance.
Emberlyn and Maelona had spread farther apart, carefully watching for any unnatural movement or distortion in the air. Yet no matter how long they searched, the surroundings remained unsettlingly calm.
"I think we should wait," Emberlyn said softly, "If they were here, they would have shown themselves by now. Rushing won't help us."
Maelona nodded in agreement.
