'Much worse.' internally, he added with a sigh as he mentally shook his head.
"What?"
Huey paused, regarding the silence and his next words beginning continuing.
"The sudden, unexpected appearance of three Dimensional Rifts were just the beginning. What was even worse was what followed after. When the Rifts appeared, the whole Fortress was plunged into chaos and anarchy. But as expected of a Bastion of Humanity — Allan Fort managed to gather its scraps and work quickly to contain the destruction. They sent out forces of their own to push back the incoming tide of abominations. Powerful Knights and Soldiers clashed in the Outer Ring. And even protective Walls were risen to isolate and demarcate the region of destruction to prevent it from spreading. Lives were lost, but eventually, one of the Rifts was taken care off, i think."
