Vise ran towards the dark figure and saw behind it a bottomless abyss.
"Almost there...get closer..."
As he approached the dark figure, Vise extended his hand, and immediately the figure grabbed his arm and pulled him down into the abyss, much to the surprise of Emosen and Witty.
Vise turned his head towards them, smiled slightly, and disappeared into the abyss.
"Vise!!!"
Both of them screamed as Vise fell. The Snowdigo seemed to pay no attention to them anymore and flew straight towards the abyss. The Snowdigo jumped down without fear, their target being Vise, not them.
As he fell into the abyss, the strong wind pounding against his back left him speechless. Vise's lifeless eyes stared blankly at the sky, which was fading further and further away. Snowdigos fell, clinging to him, and then darkness enveloped him.
'Isn't this... better?' Vise thought.
If he no longer existed in this world, he wouldn't be a burden to anyone anymore.
