...
Sandro let out a breathless yell, folding over as the wind was forcefully violently knocked from his lungs. Sting didn't stop. He raised the bat and brought it down mercilessly across Sandro's back. Smack! The billionaire champion crashed into the canvas, his expensive suit tearing at the seams.
"Listen to this building!" Cole shrieked as the crowd chanted Sting's name. "The Icon is taking his revenge!"
AJ, Alexa, and Nikki shrieked in horror. They scrambled toward Sandro, desperate to protect him, but Sting simply turned, holding the bat out like a sword, drawing a hard line in the sand. The three women froze, unwilling to test the Vigilante.
Sandro scrambled desperately across the ring, completely abandoning his arrogant composure. He rolled under the bottom rope, tumbling out onto the ringside floor in a heap. AJ, Nikki, and Alexa quickly slid out of the ring, rushing to his side, pulling him to his feet.
AJ grabbed Sandro's WWE Championship from the canvas, while Nikki grabbed her Women's Championship and Alexa grabbed Sandro's World Heavyweight Championship.
Sandro clutched his ribs, his face twisted in a mixture of pain and blinding rage. He backed away from the ring, surrounded by his girlfriends, retreating up the steel ramp.
"You better keep yourself out of my business, old man!" Sandro screamed, his voice cracking, pointing a shaking finger down at the ring. "You are dead! Do you hear me?! You are a dead man!"
Sting stood perfectly still in the center of the ring. He didn't yell back. He didn't show a single ounce of emotion. He simply raised the black baseball bat, pointing the tip directly at Sandro's chest, a silent, menacing promise that this war was far from over.
"The God King has finally met his match!" Lawler cheered as the broadcast camera locked onto Sting's intense stare. "Sandro thought he could just disrespect the code of conduct of this business and walk away clean! Sting is not going to let him rest!"
"This is a disgrace!" JBL grumbled, throwing his hands up. "Sting is a coward! He needs the lights to go out to get an advantage! Sandro beat him last night in the middle of the ring, and now Sting is acting like a sore loser!"
The camera lingered on the tense standoff, the Los Angeles crowd firmly in the corner of the WCW icon, before the broadcast transitioned into a commercial break, letting the audience catch their breath.
As Monday Night RAW rolled into its final hour, the high-stakes drama of the main event picture took a back seat to a display of sheer, unadulterated brutality.
"Welcome back to RAW, ladies and gentlemen," Cole said, his voice settling into a serious rhythm. "Last night, the tag team division was flipped on its head. In only their third match since debuting on this roster, the Wyatt Family shocked the world by defeating The Usos for the World Tag Team Championships."
"They didn't shock me, Michael," JBL noted smugly. "I told you exactly what was going to happen. The Wyatt Family are physical anomalies. They are a force of nature."
The lights in the arena slowly dimmed. The familiar, haunting acoustic strum of Live in Fear echoed through the PA system, immediately drawing a sea of glowing cell phone fireflies from the crowd.
Bray Wyatt led the procession, his dark Hawaiian shirt unbuttoned, the rusted oil lantern held high in his right hand. He wore a wide, unsettling grin, soaking in the eerie atmosphere. Walking heavily behind him were the new World Tag Team Champions, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. They wore their grimy sheep masks, the massive twin gold championships slung carelessly over their thick shoulders.
Waiting nervously inside the ring were two local competitors, wearing generic wrestling trunks. They looked absolutely terrified, bouncing on their toes, exchanging panicked glances as the monsters surrounded the ring.
Bray blew out the lantern, and the arena lights flooded back on.
Harper and Rowan stepped over the top rope. They handed their titles to the referee and removed their masks, their wild, unblinking eyes locking onto their prey.
The bell rang.
What followed was not a wrestling match. It was a televised brutal beatdown.
Harper started the match, charging across the ring and nearly taking the first competitor's head off with a brutal big boot. The local talent collapsed into the corner. Harper didn't go for a pin. Instead, he grabbed the man by his hair, dragging him back to the Wyatt corner, and tagged in Rowan.
Rowan stepped over the ropes, delivering heavy, bare knuckle body shots that sounded like a butcher tenderizing meat. The crowd winced with every impact.
"They could have ended this in thirty seconds," Lawler observed, sounding genuinely disturbed. "They are purposely drawing this out. They are torturing these kids."
"They are sending a message to every tag team in the locker room!" JBL corrected. "They are telling The Usos, The New Day, and anyone else who wants to step up, that this is what happens when you get in the ring with the Wyatt Family."
For five agonizing minutes, Harper and Rowan isolated their opponents, utilizing quick tags to keep themselves fresh while inflicting maximum punishment. Harper delivered a sickening slingshot senton, crushing the ribs of his victim. Rowan applied a vice like bear hug, squeezing until the local competitor's face turned bright purple.
Finally, having toyed with their food long enough, the champions decided to end the slaughter.
Rowan grabbed the legal man, lifting him effortlessly into the air, while Harper hit the ropes. They executed a devastating double team maneuver, with Rowan driving the man down into a sit out powerbomb just as Harper leaped into the air, connecting with a brutal diving clothesline.
Rowan hooked the leg, staring blankly up at the ceiling.
The referee counted the three.
The eerie music hit the speakers once again, but Bray Wyatt immediately waved his hand, signaling the production truck to cut the music. The arena fell into a strange, uneasy silence.
Bray slowly climbed the steel steps, stepping through the ropes. He walked to the center of the ring, surrounded by his towering monsters and the broken bodies of the local talent. A ringside official quickly handed him a microphone and scrambled away.
Bray looked out at the Los Angeles crowd. He didn't speak immediately. He just smiled, a soft, chilling expression that never quite reached his eyes.
"I told you," Bray whispered, his voice smooth and mesmerizing, echoing through the silent arena. "I told you all exactly what was going to happen. But you didn't listen. You chose to close your eyes and cover your ears. You chose to live in your comfortable little lies."
Bray began to slowly pace the ring, his boots stepping over the unconscious bodies on the mat.
"I told you that my family was going to bring the truth to this world," Bray continued, his voice rising slightly in volume. "And last night... the truth was written in gold. Look at my brothers."
He gestured to Harper and Rowan, who held their World Tag Team Championships high in the air.
"Following the Buzzards... following the Eater of Worlds... it led them to the very top of the mountain," Bray preached, his tone taking on the cadence of a dark, manic sermon. "They didn't have to dance for you. They didn't have to smile for you. They simply followed my word, and they took exactly what belonged to them. And that is a promise I make to anyone who is willing to open their eyes. Follow me, and you will inherit the earth."
Bray stopped pacing. He turned directly toward the hard camera, his smile vanishing, replaced by a look of intense, terrifying focus.
"But my family's hunger... it is not satisfied," Bray whispered, leaning closely into the microphone. "The tag team division was just the first course. It was just a taste of what we are capable of. Because I have been looking at a different mountain. The highest mountain in this entire industry."
The crowd murmured, instantly connecting the dots.
"There is a man who walks around calling himself a God," Bray said, a dark chuckle rumbling in his chest. "He carries the WWE Championship. He carries the World Heavyweight Championship. He sits on a throne built on arrogance and greed."
Bray dropped to his knees in the center of the ring, staring unblinkingly into the lens.
"But gods are just myths, Sandro," Bray warned, his voice turning gritty and dangerous. "They are just stories you tell yourself to feel safe in the dark. I am not a myth. I am a monster. And whether it is the WWE Championship, or whether it is the World Heavyweight Championship... I am going to tear down your mountain. It will be swallowed by the Eater of Worlds. And once it is in my grasp... no one... not you, not Sting, not anyone... will ever get it out."
Bray tilted his head back, closing his eyes, and let out a long, eerie, echoing laugh that sent chills down the spine of every person in the Staples Center.
"Follow the Buzzards."
The broadcast abruptly cut to black on the sound of Bray's chilling laughter, leaving the WWE Universe with a terrifying realization: The God King had survived Sting, but a much darker, far more unpredictable threat was already hunting for his crown.
With a rare gap in his grueling WWE schedule following the chaotic fallout of Monday Night RAW, Sandro traded his wrestling boots for tailored designer suits. He, alongside AJ Lee, Nikki Bella, and Alexa Bliss, boarded a private Nexum Core jet bound for the East Coast.
Twenty four hours later, the four of them sat in a massive, glass walled boardroom high above the bustling streets of Manhattan, inside the corporate headquarters of Marvel Studios.
The atmosphere in the room was a stark contrast to the gritty, sweat stained rings of the WWE. Polished mahogany tables, plush leather chairs, and massive digital monitors displaying concept art set the stage. Sandro sat near the head of the long table, casually leaning back, a thick, freshly printed screenplay resting in front of him.
Sitting directly across from him was the legendary Stan Lee, wearing his signature tinted glasses and a warm, grandfatherly smile. Flanking Stan were several lead writers, producers, and members of Marvel's board of directors, all waiting with bated breath for the billionaire heir's verdict.
AJ, Nikki, and Alexa sat a few seats down from Sandro. They acted as quiet, supportive spectators, sipping sparkling water and taking in the surreal Hollywood environment. They were used to dominating locker rooms and television screens, but watching their boyfriend command a room full of cinematic executives was a completely different level of power.
Sandro slowly turned the final page of the script, his dark eyes scanning the text. The room remained completely silent, the tension palpable.
Finally, Sandro closed the heavy folder. He tapped his index finger against the cover, a slow, satisfied smile spreading across his face.
"This works," Sandro stated, his voice echoing smoothly through the quiet boardroom. "I really like what you have done here. You took my notes on Wenwu and executed them perfectly. Making him a tragic, complex figure driven by grief, rather than just a one note, power hungry warlord, elevates the narrative completely. It makes him compelling. It makes the audience understand him, even if they hate his methods."
A collective, audible sigh of relief washed over the writers and executives.
"And the adjustments to the Ten Rings organization?" Sandro asked, looking at the lead screenwriter. "Leaving the structure ambiguous at the end? Giving us an ace up our sleeve for future phases?"
"We layered it exactly as you suggested, Mr. Zhang," the writer answered quickly, nodding. "The post credits sequence leaves the door wide open for the organization to return in completely unexpected ways. It expands the mythology without tying our hands."
Stan Lee let out a hearty, joyful chuckle, clapping his hands together.
"Excelsior!" Stan praised, leaning forward. "I told you boys he had a brilliant mind for this! He understands the human element. You have to ground these larger than life characters in real emotion, otherwise, it's just flashing lights on a screen."
Stan looked over at Sandro, his smile widening. "Well, my boy, since you have officially given us the green light on the final draft, I suppose we can begin preparing for the shooting of the movie, right?"
Sandro raised an eyebrow, looking genuinely surprised. He picked up his glass of water, taking a slow sip.
"Preparing for shooting?" Sandro asked, a hint of amusement in his tone. "Stan, have you even finished finding the rest of the cast yet? We can't roll cameras on a martial arts epic with half a roster."
Stan let out another warm, booming laugh, adjusting his glasses. "Of course not! We are still hunting for our leading man! That is exactly why I said we can prepare for the shooting, Sandro. The paperwork, the sets, the logistics. We have a lot of runway left before anyone yells action."
Sandro chuckled, shaking his head at the legendary creator's relentless optimism. "Fair enough, Stan. Get the logistics locked down. When you have a final casting sheet, send it to my office. We will make this the biggest hit of the year."
The meeting formally adjourned, dissolving into handshakes and polite business chatter. Sandro gathered his things, offering a respectful nod to the board members before guiding his girlfriends out of the sleek glass doors and toward the private elevators.
As the elevator doors slid shut, sealing them in the quiet, mahogany paneled box, the three women finally let out the breath they had been holding.
"I cannot believe what I just watched," Alexa breathed, shaking her head in sheer amazement. "You just sat in a room with Stan Lee and a bunch of Hollywood executives, and they literally waited for your permission to finalize a blockbuster movie script."
Nikki laughed, linking her arm through Sandro's. "You just completely rewrote a Marvel villain, Sandro. How do you even have the authority to alter a script like that? I thought Nexum Core was just financing the project."
Sandro checked his luxury watch, offering them a relaxed, confident smile.
"When you hold the purse strings, you hold the pen," Sandro explained simply. "But it isn't just about throwing money around. If a movie ends in a traditional, predictable way, the audience forgets it the moment they walk out of the theater. Making the villain complex, giving the story gray areas, it makes it much more exciting. It leaves an impact. And from a pure business standpoint, altering the ending the way we did expands the universe for future movies. It guarantees a franchise, not just a standalone film. Isn't that good enough?"
AJ looked at Nikki and Alexa. The three of them exchanged a glance, a mixture of pride and slight confusion on their faces. They didn't fully understand the intricate mechanics of Hollywood scriptwriting or corporate franchise building, but seeing the undeniable results of his influence was intoxicating.
"We'll take your word for it, handsome," AJ smirked, fixing his collar. "But since you just guaranteed a billion dollar box office hit, I think it's time you treat us."
"My thoughts exactly," Sandro agreed as the elevator chimed at the ground floor.
Leaving the corporate atmosphere behind, Sandro took the girls on an extravagant shopping spree down Fifth Avenue. The crisp New York air was buzzing with energy, and the presence of the God King did not go unnoticed.
Even in a city populated by celebrities, Sandro's profile had skyrocketed. Between his status as the heir to the Nexum Core empire and the viral, highly publicized fallout of SummerSlam, he was a walking lightning rod for attention.
To ensure the afternoon remained enjoyable, a discreet but highly effective team of four private bodyguards flanked the group. The large men in dark suits formed a seamless perimeter, allowing Sandro, AJ, Nikki, and Alexa to move from luxury boutique to luxury boutique without being mobbed.
Word quickly spread down the avenue. Fans of WWE and curious onlookers began to crowd the sidewalks outside of Gucci, Prada, and Louis Vuitton, holding up their iPhones and shouting Sandro's name.
When moving between stores, Sandro kept the God King illusion alive. A young man wearing a Dolph Ziggler t-shirt broke past the perimeter, holding up a camera and asking for a selfie. Sandro didn't even break his stride. He looked at the fan with a cold, withering sneer.
"Keep walking, mark," Sandro dismissed him haughtily, allowing the bodyguards to gently but firmly guide the stunned fan away.
AJ, Nikki, and Alexa played right along, wearing their designer sunglasses, ignoring the clamoring adults and projecting the exact same arrogant superiority they displayed on television. It was a flawless execution of keeping kayfabe alive in public.
But a few blocks later, the facade cracked, just as it had in Los Angeles.
Standing near the entrance of a high end jewelry store was a little girl, no older than nine, wearing a replica WWE Women's Championship around her waist and a Nikki Bella baseball cap. She was holding a Sharpie, looking up at the group with wide, hopeful eyes, too nervous to actually step forward.
Sandro spotted her. He raised a hand, signaling the bodyguards to stop and open the perimeter.
The cold, arrogant God King vanished. Sandro walked over to the young girl, offering a warm, incredibly kind smile. He knelt down on the New York pavement, putting himself at her eye level.
"That is a very nice championship you have there," Sandro said softly, dropping his on-screen persona completely. "Are you a big fan?"
The little girl nodded frantically, holding out a glossy 8x10 photo of the Three Terrors. "Can... can Nikki sign this?"
Sandro smiled, looking back over his shoulder. "Nikki! You have a challenger waiting."
Nikki beamed, stepping past the bodyguards. She crouched down next to Sandro, taking the marker and signing the photo with a flourish. AJ and Alexa joined them, offering the girl high fives and complimenting her hat. The girl's parents stood a few feet away, whispering their thanks to Sandro for taking the time. For five minutes, the most hated faction in professional wrestling sat on the sidewalk, chatting happily with a child, creating a memory that would last a lifetime. When they finally stood up, Sandro offered the girl a gentle pat on the shoulder before slipping his designer sunglasses back on.
