Gael PoV
I smiled as I walked into the kitchen, where my kids chatted away with one another. Setsuka was gently cleaning our son's face, which was smeared with oatmeal, and I couldn't help but chuckle at the sight. Seb was animatedly sharing fun facts about bears, his eyes wide with excitement.
"Did you know that bears can run as fast as a car?" he exclaimed, his voice filled with enthusiasm. "And some bears can climb trees! They're really good at it, especially black bears!"
His grandma laughed. "You and your bears."
"Bears are awesome," Seb said, grinning.
I chuckled, putting my hands on my hips as I walked in. "They sure are, aren't they? Although, I personally find wolves cooler."
"Daddy!" Sofia blurted out, smiling at me.
I patted her little head. "Hey, Sofi! How is my little ruby doing?"
She giggled, her red eyes gleaming. "Me good! Uh, why daddy like woofs? Cuz like doggies?"
Setsuka snickered. "I think it's because your dad is like one, he's hard to tame."
