Rose PoV
I panted as I finiahed whipping the last of the omelet batches. Saf had started eating more, so I wanted to make sure I had enough. Plus, Sil and Alli could drop by before heading to school.
It was nice to see Saf eating more. Previously, he would only eat a little, plus his green drink. I had tried drinking that concoction more often, but it was still tough. He added no sugar nor any fruits with decent natural sugar, making it hard to swallow. But I did it for him and Anis. Had to keep myself healthy.
I wondered if Anis would like it. She had my frail body, so she could stand to benefit from it too. If not, we could always make her a carrot and yam based veggie drink.
Just as I was setting the last omelet on the table, I heard the door creak open. I turned to see Saffron walk in, carrying Anis in his arms. She was telling his about her dream last night, flying with her elephant plushie in the sky.
