Kenzo bent down and picked up a fallen sword as he practiced a few slashes to get a hang of the sword.
'Blink'
Without a warning Kenzo appeared behind Kiel and stabbed at him but Kiel was fully alert as he managed to parry the sword at the last second.
Kenzo just smiled.
'Blink' 'Blink' 'Blink' 'Blink'
Kenzo teleported several times in a row, and each time he teleported in a different direction of Kiel. He didn't give him a chance to breathe. He slashed several times in a row from different directions. Kiel tried to parry the attacks but eventually he couldn't keep up with Kenzo as his arm was cut off from his body.
Kiel cried out in pain.
The navy soldiers were done with their battle and were now watching Kenzo fight the captain of the Kiel pirates.
"Is not he Vice Admiral Garp's nephew, He sure has a very weird but strong ability!" One of them said
"Maybe he has eaten the paramecia devil fruit Tele Tele no mi which gives the user the ability to teleport." Another one said
"It looks like that. We will ask him later."
While they were chatting about the battle, the battle between Kenzo and Kiel was still going on.
Kiel looked at Kenzo angrily as he shouted "You bastard, you successfully angered me. Now dieeee"
Kiel had a lot of pride in his swordsmanship. He thought himself to be the best swordsman in the east blue.
*Slash* Slash * Slash*
But all of his pride was shattered right before Kenzo. Every slash from his sword was easily dodged my Kenzo who teleported himself at a moment's notice. He couldn't even find any limitations to Kenzo's ability either.
With his blink ability, Kenzo had an advantage against anyone who has not awakened observation haki. No matter how much a person is alert, without observation haki they wouldn't be able to keep up with him.
Kenzo knew only this ability wouldn't be enough in the future.But that would not be for long.
"Is that all you got little pirate?" Kenzo said as his confidence was rising every second
"To think I would be mocked by a brat like you." Kiel said with pain in his voice.
Kiel took a stance with his sword.
Kenzo looked at him with interest.
'Could he be using a sword technique like Zoro uses or the one in cultivation novels?' Kenzo thought
"Sword of Death" Kiel with a speed faster than before slashed at Kenzo who just teleported 10 meteres away.
The slash had cut only 5 meters of the ship.
'Sword of death my ass. It's more like sword of an amateur.' Kenzo inwardly thought
Kenzo compressed the surrounding space in his hand as he formed a Spacial blade with it.
Everyone could see a black blade appear in Kenzo's hands who in a blink appeared in front of Kiel and slashed at him.
Kiel tried to block the slash with his sword but his sword was broken into two without any resistance.
The spatial blade continued on its path as it cut through Kiel's torso, a gush of blood flowed as a fountain from the wound.
"How!!"
Kiel muttered this as he fainted on the deck afterwards.
Kenzo was still not ready to kill a living person but he knew someday he would have to do so if he wanted to survive in this world.
He teleported back to the marine ship as he sat down. He was exhausted after teleporting so many times and forming a spatial blade.
But he realised something as the surroundings were unusually quiet. He looked towards the others and saw the navy soldiers on the warship and the captive pirates were all stunned and wide eyed as they looked at him.
The silence was shattered as the Marines started discussing about his abilities.
"It's definitely not the tele- tele no mi. It doesn't have the ability to make a sword." One of them said
"The blade cut through Kiel's sword like it was made out of paper. It was like he was using haki but it was not Haki. I wonder what devil fruit he has eaten."
"Shitty boy, Why didn't you tell me you have eaten a devil fruit?" Garp asked Kenzo angrily
Kenzo replied innocently "You didn't ask me so I didn't tell you about it."
A fist of love greeted Kenzo's head.
Kenzo had eaten a devil fruit before even entering the One piece world. He knew the devil fruit he ate was special. Not just special but maybe the most powerful fruit there is.
He would maybe tell others about the space abilities of his devil fruit but he didn't want anyone to know about his time abilities until he was strong enough to defend against the World Government.
Those old bastards especially that Imu would try to kill him for his time abilities thinking that he could maybe see the past about the Void century.
They erased Orahara from the world map for this. Heck, they even decides to kill Dr.Vegapunk for researching about the Void Century. He was even their best scientist and had contributed a lot.
So he decided to not let anyone see his time abilities for now.
It's a good think he had read the one piece manga and knew a lot of things already about the future and some inside information that only the World Government knew.
'Maybe I could blackmail the five elders with this information and get anything from them for this information hahaha.' Kenzo smiled evilly to himself
