MC POV
"Is everyone ready", I look at my 3 teammates.
Setsuna Tokage, Itsuka Kendo, and Reiko Yanagi.
Honestly there aren't many better teammates for this team, both Setsuna and Reiko have range based quirks that are good at either pickpocketing or long range grabbing.
Kendo herself is a great offense and defense herself creating a balance between the entire team.
Our chosen flag bearer is me, the rules say that a flag bearer may not capture another persons flag meaning they can't touch it, which includes their quirk, but it doesn't say that they must stay out of the fight and with three total long ranged fighters we should be just fine, plus with Kendo covering a wide range nobody should be able to get the flag, not like they could touch it anyway.
We're all placed onto a giant field with everyone sitting in their respective areas.
I take not off a few teams being the same (as in canon) and a bunch of people I don't recognize
"Yeah this should be easy though with you on our team", Setsuna is just slacking off, at least she looks to be if anyone actually looked at her, truly looked at her, they would notice her carefully looking at every team.
Reiko nods her head, her white hair draping over her left eye and her arms resting similar to a zombies.
"Yeah but we should still give it our all, can't really on Y/n now can we", Kendo is stretching preparing herself for combat.
"EVERYONE GET READY!", Midnight calls everyone's attention as we all prepare ourselves.
"Oh I forgot to add, you must capture at least one flag to pass, now BEGIN", the rule change shocks many but some teams intended on capturing another persons flag anyway so it's not like it changes much for them.
I immediately notice Bakugo dashing at me, his hands being engulfed in explosions.
Kendo goes to stop him but I instead run at him, as I approach I crouch down before quickly flying into the air, making myself weightless and using as little energy as I need to keep myself up.
"GET DOWN HERE YOU BASTARD!", Bakugo flies right past me as he goes to blast, quickly switching his direction mid air I block a blow from roundhouse kick.
I go to grab Bakugo's leg but he twist himself his hand going to grab my flag.
As his hand reaches it it's stopped by a wall.
「Gravity Armor」
"Like I'd let you", I reel my leg back as it gets planted in his stomach.
「Gravity Increase x10」, Bakugo goes shooting downwards, his body far heavier than before.
As he falls I feel my hold on him shatter as he returns back to normal, so people can break free from my grasp even when I'm using their gravity.
Something I had found out awhile ago, a person can nullify certain quirk effects with Life-Force, sort of like a resistance.
For almost everyone this is fine, most people's drawback is something that is stagnant unchanging, but when it comes to me who is controlling their body it can be broken similar to Shinso's quirk.
I plant my feet back on the ground back on the ground before hearing Present Mic speak again.
"It seems Y/n's team has already scored a point", I glance down at my hip noticing a pink glowing flag, staring up at Reiko she gives me a thumbs up.
I nod at her going back to playing defensive, most people seem to be avoiding our team.
As this game only requires a single flag capture and to keep your own why go after the stronger teams, after all your goal is show yourself off and place higher not get outed.
I tone down my armor slightly, only keeping enough repulsion energy around the flag to keep most out, if someone like Bakugo went for it he would be able to get it but I could just increase it if needed.
Currently my team has the few fighters capable of telekinesis from what I'm aware there are only 4.
Me who has gravity, Setsuna who can control her limbs, Reiko who can control most things as far as I'm aware, and Pony Tsunotori who can control her horns.
As I'm standing there I feel something brush past me as I immediately twist around.
Nothing...
Hagakure! I immediately increase the range of my gravity armor, changing it to increase the weight in area as I notice the floor slightly change.
A yell comes from the floor as I notice my energy brushing over something.
"You know Hagakure I don't know if getting nude is allowed", I notice her trying to squirm against my field as I get rid of it.
"Go after someone else's flag, if not next time I will keep you there", honestly I kind of feel bad for Hagakure, probably why I'm letting her off easy.
I quickly turn back to the fray noticing my teammates playing on the defensive for the most part since we qualified.
I notice something press against my flag as I notice another one, this time being held by a finger, it places the flag halfway in my pants before poking me and leaving.
"AND THAT'S GAME", Midnight stops us all as the only four teams are left on the field.

"Congrats to the winners we will take a one hour break before starting recreational games", Midnight heads off the stage heading towards the outside area probably to go do Midnight things.
I start heading towards an area to get some food, but I also end up grabbing my bag, it's not something I use to often but I've been working on something for a while now and I someone to store it.
I pull out a book from my bag, something I had thought about for awhile now is how to better use my information better, how to use the info I have access to in ways that could benefit me and others.
There are three core reasons I haven't been able to use it much, First a lot of the info is fragmented or in another language, Second I don't have the resources to do some of the things in my mind, and Third I didn't have a proper teacher to help me understand certain things.
I could obviously teach myself a lot but for something like this... something like this requires a teacher or someone to assist me.
But even then if I did have someone to teach me it wouldn't be enough, I don't have the time or resources to do everything I wanted, so one night I stood up all night going over ideas, ways to cut down time.
It got bad enough that Setsuna ended up waking up as she consoled my exhausted mind a bit, she had talked about how I had time to do the things I wanted, it was then I realized why I was exhausting myself so much, time... it was something I didn't have an insane amount of.
At least not enough to get everything ready, but that's when I realized it, why do everything by themselves when I can do them simultaneously, as well as a way to train better.
First I had upped my gravity in physical training, second I had realized that the reward for the Slayer Quest would probably just be a breathing style which I had already had info on and could train early, lastly I realized that I could implement all my forms of training in one.
By using Total Concentration I could start training Breathing Styles as well as train this new form I needed a trainer to learn, Renewal Taekwondo a form of martial arts wielded by Jin Mori or God Of Highschool's version of Sun Wukong/Jaecheondaeseong.
By adding Total Concentration Breathing with Gravity to all training I'm doing I slowly started learning faster, plus attempting the basic of Renewal Taekwondo I remembered the Swordless Style which was implemented into it I found a work around to not wield a sword.
Although it wasn't all perfect and a lot it cut down a lot of time and I was even rewarded for it.
{Enlightenment:
The User understood that they could use their mind in far better ways, by using their otherworldly knowledge and mixing it all they're capable of things that others couldn't dream off if they put their mind to it.
Reward: Memories are clearer, User can see the memories in a First Person POV instead of dreaming, and the System can slowly translate memories within reason (I.E. can't translate languages other than natural human ones, so no Draconic, Celestial, Demonic, etc.)}
With this I started taking notes on different things, specifically Breathing Styles, God of Highschool martial art styles, and a bunch more.
I've carefully kept this book to myself and haven't shown it to anyone else yet, I was going to show it to Kendo but she is also a beginner like me so not much would go on there.
This is one of the reasons I'm attempting to get an offer from a specific someone.
I take a seat having grabbed some food as I get to writing a bit, across from me Yaoyorozu sits, Setsuna appearing by my side.
"Seems you're doing well, congrats on your passing of the test", greets me with her motherly like smile on her face.
"And to you, is Jiro not with you today".
"No she had some things she wanted to do she sadly couldn't accompany me", I glance up at her this time noticing a slight blush as she looks at me before it disappears.
"And here I though you two were inseparable, then again I suppose it makes sense with how she's been acting", Setsuna sort of leans into my shoulder looking at my book.
"Yes speaking of which I had a question Y/n", I stop writing as I give her my attention, nodding for her to continue on.
"Is it true you and Setsuna have an open relationship".

"Ah! I'm sorry if I offended you with that, Jiro had mentioned she overheard the two of you talking about it and I was simply curious, I'm aware of such relationships as they're semi-common among some famous and rich people so I was curious about how your is working", right something I forgot, unlike her canon self this version of her is less prude and more how some of her fanon self's are, probably another ripple.
"I.. yes we are why do you ask", I ask with a slight edge in my voice as Setsuna simply watches on a smile on her face as she eats a bit, though she is still paying attention.
"I was simply curious is all, I've never seen polygamy practiced outside of rich families so I wanted to know more about them as most of the time rich families due it for marriages and rarely ever actual love so...", she shifts in her seat, she maybe less prude but that doesn't stop her from being herself.
"I was curious... You are quite the person, you've got looks, personality, care, and... you're simply you...", She lets out a sigh as if to calm herself, "To put it bluntly I would like to ask you out. I'm aware this is an odd ask but my mother always said that if I feel like someone is the one then to just ask", I can't tell if she is shy or blunt, an odd mix of both?
"I-", now that I think about it I've yet to ask anybody out, both her and Setsuna asked me.
But she is right, this is an odd ask we've hung out a bit so this is out of character, her reason isn't half bad it kind of makes sense for her but I can't also help but wonder is it because of.... Is this why Setsuna is staying quiet?
I'll never get women will I? or... I will just never understand them.

I feel like I wrote this chapter really weirdly but I got the point across I think, I've wanted to MC to his abilities far better while still making it make sense.
This is just gonna have to be one of the things where it's me simply making a mistake as a writer and you all simply just going to have to go with it.
Question of the Chapter: Favorite 1-B girl, including Setsuna, for me it's Setsuna or Kendo, due to this book it's probably Setsuna.
