At the Black Owls' Base:
Mikael and Abdullah return to base.
Soldier 49: I wonder how they became so great… (watching from afar)
Soldier 48: You don't know their story? (staring at him like he's an idiot)
Soldier 49: Never heard of it.
Soldier 48:sighs Then listen.
He begins narrating the tale of the heroes of World War III.
Soldier 48:"Sheraz Surfaraz, Mikael Mohsin, and Abdullah Sani. Captains of their battalion. They fought in 35 battles and lost only once—against the Armed Machines, where they were injured and forced to retreat.
They weren't feared because of their battalions' strength, but because of their skill. Each of them could slice through enemies like raw meat. They were called the War Hounds. They even helped stop the war itself.
Later, they became part of the JSA—Joint Special Agencies. Their names are written on the Wall of Heroes."
Soldier 49: Damn… that's insane.
Suddenly, Captain Eli rushes over.
Eli: Commander! I was so worried for you! (face full of relief, almost in tears)
Mikael: Whoa, hey, hey! I'm not gonna die that easily. (smirking)
Abdullah: If you keep doing these idiotic things, you will die.
Mikael: …Was that a compliment?
Before Abdullah can reply, a voice cuts in.
Supreme Commander Shah (entering the lab): He's right. If you keep acting like this, the Black Owls will lose their greatest commander.
All the soldiers immediately salute.
Mikael: My deepest apologies, my lord.
Sup. Commander Shah: Don't worry about that. You've always been reckless. And I know you acted out of sympathy for that boy.
Sup. Commander Shah: I want you both in my office. Now.
After the Great War, all special agencies were divided into two main forces: Darkforce and Black Owls. But eventually, the Black Owls were sidelined due to accusations of illegal operations. Supreme Commander Shah had once warned: "Not every case can be solved with purity. Sometimes we must choose another path." But the parliament ignored him and discarded the Black Owls.
In the Supreme Commander's Office:
Sup. Commander Shah: A few minutes ago, one of our research labs in Istanbul was attacked by unknown men. According to the report, they must be cult members.
He narrows his eyes at Mikael.
Sup. Commander Shah: I hope you understand what this means, Mikael.
Mikael: I'll make them pay, sir. (bows his head)
Sup. Commander Shah: Good. Both of you—take your crews and destroy them. We can't afford to lose that lab.
Mikael & Abdullah (together): Yes, sir!
They leave the office.
Abdullah: Do you have any plans?
Mikael: We can't think of one until we get there. But Eli gave me this.
He pulls out a folded map.
Mikael: It's the interior layout of the lab. It'll help us when we arrive.
Abdullah: Good. Then prepare Battalions 6 and 9. Code Red.
Mikael: Hah, Code Red is still too easy.
Abdullah: Easy for us. For them, it's nearly impossible. They're hopeless amateurs.
Abdullah gives orders to Captain Rums and Eli.
At Istanbul Bay:
Soldiers rush to Rums with a report.
Soldier: Sir! We've spotted intruders!
Rums (to Abdullah): Commander, we have enemies ahead.
Abdullah: Don't stop preparations. Mikael and I will handle them.
Mikael: Heh… let's see who these guys are.
They push through the bushes—and find dozens of armed men waiting, ready for battle.
Mikael: What the—?!
Then he freezes.
Mikael: Wait… Sheraz? Is that you?!
Sheraz: Seize them! Now!
