September 8, 2042*
After a successful trip to an Onsen in Hokkaido, the day where Kaneki and the Higanbana girls return to school had begun.
As usual Kaneki and the Higanbana girls were all meeting each other as they walked to school.
But unlike how they usually walked.
Natsuki: Eh? What's happening here?
Kaneki & Sachi: I am not sure myself.
Grip~
Miku: Nothing I just felt like holding onto Onii-chan to school today.
Shino: Same here.
Miku and Shino were hugging Kaneki's arms after they left their homes until they met up with Natsuki.
Natsuki: Were they like that since you guys left your homes?
Sachi: Yup, but Kaneki doesn't seem to mind right?
Kaneki: Yeah it's not really that bad to be honest.
Shino & Miku: Right!
Natsuki: Pout~
Natsuki had gotten a little jealous seeing her two friends hug Kaneki, the boy she loves.
Natsuki's thoughts*

All 4: Huh?
Natsuki: Don't mind me if I do.
All 4: Natsuki?!
Natsuki had climbed up from Kaneki's back and ridden on his shoulder with her thighs gripping very well onto Kaneki's head.
Kaneki: Eh? Eh????
This action made Kaneki super confused.
Natsuki: Alright let's head to school!

While Natsuki urged for everyone to start heading to Mato High, she had squished Kaneki's face with her thighs softly.
Kaneki: Umm... Okay?
Though he didn't know what was going on, Kaneki agreed to start moving.
Shino & Miku: Let's go!
Sachi's thoughts*

Sachi followed by their side all the way to Mato High.
20 Minutes later~
Yuuka & Chikao: ...
As they arrived at Mato High, the group had met up with Yuuka and Chikao at the front gate.
And both girls were confused at the sight they were seeing.
Yuuka: I'm not even going to ask what's happening.
Chikao: Sachi how long were they like this?
Sachi: Shino and Miku were hugging Kaneki since we've left and Natsuki was riding him since 20 minutes ago.
Natsuki: I really like the view from up here!

Shino: So should we get going to our classroom now?
Kaneki: Yes obviously.
Surprisingly Kaneki was starting to get embarrassed, his own face was slightly red.
Was it because of the looks of other students were giving him and the Higanbana girls as they were in a weird formation in front of the gate?
No, he was a bit embarrassed because a certain someone was watching. And that someone is.
Kotori: Awww~ you all look so cute~
His elder sister Kotori was watching from a far, though she was not seen Kaneki could sense her gaze.
Yuuka: Okay we should definitely head going now.
Kaneki: Yes please.
With that Kaneki and the Higanbana girls went to their classroom.
In Class 1-B*
Natsuki: Thanks for the ride Kaneki.
After arriving in the classroom Natsuki, Shino and Miku had removed themselves from Kaneki.
And once he was free Kaneki say at his desk a bit exhausted, when he was then approached by Itsuki, Keiko.
Keiko: Yo Kaneki, you seem to had an interesting start of the day.
Itsuki: What was all that about?
Kaneki: How am I supposed to know? I don't know what they are thinking.
Swirl's appeared in Kaneki's eyes while talking to the two regarding the girls, and seeing how confused Kaneki was Itsuki changed the subject.
Itsuki: Oh yeah I saw KaneLiner on Saturday, what was that about?
Kaneki: Oh that me, Sachi, Natsuki, Yuuka, Chi-chan, and Miku went to Hokkaido to have an overnight stay at the Spring Dragon Inn because Onee-chan gave me a ticket she won at a raffle.
Keiko: Wow... That's quite a lot.
Itsuki: Man I feel a bit jealous of Kaneki.
Keiko: Oi.
Itsuki: I'm kidding, I'm kidding.
Kaneki: Well you should be! We even found a Pod of Orca-
While Kaneki was talking to the two.
Chikao: What was that all about? Miku? Shino?
In an empty room most of the Higanbana girls excluding Natsuki were there with Chikao and Sachi confronting Shino and Miku.
Miku: Well we came up with a new plan.
Sachi: Plan?
Shino: Well last night.
The two then explained their plan that they made alongside Yuuka.
Their plan was simple and that is to be as close to Kaneki as possible, by doing many things that would make them flustered as holding hands, hugging etc.
They think their fear of confronting him when they apologize would disappear.
Sachi & Chikao: Eh?
Chikao: I don't understand the logic of this plan.
Sachi: They only have like a week or so until Kaneki's contract activates, so I guess going the aggressive route is probably their best idea yet.
Chikao: Sigh~ Well I guess we'll have to do the same as well.
Miku: What? Why?
Chikao: Natsuki was also getting a bit aggressive with Kaneki, and wouldn't it be suspicious that me and Sachi aren't doing the same?
Yuuka: Oh yeah you do have a point, Natsuki knows that Shiita-chan, Miyu-chan and Miha-chan which is us, are in this school so she would probably start searching sooner or later and since it doesn't seem like any other girl is interested in Kaneki and would look at him the same way as us, she might grow suspicious if it's only me, Shino and Miku acting like that.
Sachi: Man why can't you guys just go apologize to him now? It will save us a lot of trouble.
Shino: I'm so sorry Sachi, but apologizing to him isn't going to be easy. Sure holding hands, hugging is hard but apologizing for something wrong we did to him won't be easy.
Sachi: I know, I know but could you guys promise me this when you three finally apologize to him?
Miku: Promise what?
Sachi: Once you three reconciled with Kaneki, and confront Natsuki let's form Project Kizuna again.
Shino, Yuuka & Miku: Eh?
Sachi: Project Kizuna is very special for all of us and most importantly, Kaneki he probably wishes for to sing and dance again as part of Project Kizuna.
Chikao: That's right! I've gotten a glimpse of the new timelines Kaneki made during his battle with Kotori-san, and most of them had Project Kizuna as well.
Shino: Well... I'm actually glad you suggested that Sachi.
Yuuka: Do we even still got it? Either way sure I promise we'll bring back Project Kizuna.
Miku: We should also include Natsuki and Chi-chan as well.
Chikao: Ehhh?! It's an honor!
Sachi made a satisfied smile after hearing them agree to her wish.
Sachi: Good thank you. Do your best.
All 3: We will!
Sachi: Oh look at the time, Class is about to begin. Let's head back to class.
With class about to start the Higanbana girls went back to their class.
